We recently purchased a Generac generator and AJ Blose installed it. He and his “Team” did a wonderful job. AJ is extremely knowledgeable answering every question we had, they worked from the moment they arrived until the job was finished. They were courteous and it was a real pleasure being around such positive people. They were neat and cleaned up the work area, it was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I would highly recommend AJ for all electrical work!

My dad always swears by them, but I didn't think they were friendly. My alternator went out and they put a new one on. Right off the bat, it had a whistle to it, but everyone said they couldn't hear it and everything sounded normal to them. Well, I ended up getting transmission work done at another place and I asked them to see what they thought. They heard the whistle, and said the alternator got super hot in no time, was starting to fray the serpentine belt, and they said something's not right as it could be just tightened too much or a bearing. I figured it'd be under warranty since it was only 4 mo old, and it was zorkos own alternator. I wasn't able to take it there, so my dad did. My dad called me and said zorkos told him it was done over a year ago, but that they'd only charge him labor. I knew this wasn't correct, so I searched my bank statement from January of this year and found it. I called zorkos up and told them this, so they said that they warranty their alternators, not their labor. Can you believe that?! 4 mo old alternator with a year warranty, it goes bad, he tells my dad the computer says it was over a year ago, I find my bank statement proving it was 4 mo ago, so he charges labor.....

I had a crisis repair today. Crunched for time, they got me in, diagnosed my problem and fixed the electrical issue. Very neat and professional job and it was priced in line with my estimated budgeted repair costs. Outstanding service, nice, friendly people. Was recommended to go there and now I recommend anyone else to follow suit
