The salesman tried to rip off my husband on a trade saying his bike needed 1500$ worth of work not knowing he has been an honest trusted and deeply respected local mechanic for 40 years AND a PA state motor vehicle inspector. His bike is immaculate with ZERO mechanical issues. A bike he was the sole mechanic for for its life as it was purchased brand new by a customer of his who had him do all the service it needed. My husband purchased it from his family knowing it was a good bike and knowing the entire history.
Very disheartening this business would try to take advantage of someone they thought was unsuspecting. Also, the bike he wanted to buy had some issues, one of those issues would fail state safety inspection which they would have just ignored if it wasn’t brought to their attention.
Buyer beware.

A plus dealer!! I was out on a New England state tour and light issue pulled in as this was the closest dealer to my location at the time. They had me in and out within a hour all fixed up plus wasn't raked through the coals

I have purchased a Harley Ultra limited from Baer. I must say what a great experience from sales staff to the service department. They made sure i was completely happy and satisfied before we left the place. Even though i am 1 1/2 hours away i will be returning.

Helpful staff from the floor to financing and the garage. No pressure; explanations for questions, took bikes off the showroom floors outside to get a better view. Gave a price for a trade in and/or offered a place for on consignment. Wide selection of trikes, bikes and accessories. Worth the stop! Check it out while touring through NEPA.

Brought my handle bars to have right side of wires snaked through I did the left side myself & was charged 556.00 they charged me for 3 hours labor to do one side of handle bars & replaced throttle body with a continuous cable total rip off will never go back there was told 2 hours from shop manager
