do not recommend this place at all. 16 years of experience? yet you still manage to mess up our taxes and have us pay thousands of dollars, then have the audacity to claim it MIGHT come back within 6 MONTHS. we are not rich. waiting that long for a return is unacceptable. this is the second time our taxes have been screwed up from them. would not recommend this place at all. no competence. will be doing it through turbotax ourselves from now on.

After taxes were filed in February 2024, the state income tax refund did not come in for several months. When reaching out to the agent's email directly who helped me, they told me to call the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue myself. Here, it was a math error made by Mr. Reese. I did not receive my PA state return until being notified by the PA Department of Revenue of the error, which was September. I did not feel helped by any way with regards to this situation by this H & R Block office. Mathematical errors should not occur when as a customer you are paying H & R Block to help you file your taxes. Find another office to complete your taxes. I will not be returning here.

Mr. Reese is always very thorough. He takes the time needed to make sure i get the most from my refund. I go to the hummelstown location. He has been doing my taxes since we moved here. Highly recommend.

If we continue to stay in the USA, we will probably seek the help of H&R block for taxes. Also, we are analyzing the cost effectiveness too.
