Too difficult to get them to change tanks when mine were old and rusty. Then they tried to get to pay fuel adjustment charge for their trucks and I had a contract. No meter delivery slips left at my door when they deliver. Makes me think they are not so honest with gallons delivered. Yes my last season with Hellers. Choose carefully.

I was w/ my previous propane company mirabito for over 9 yrs. I paid early & weekly the whole time, so I had a down payment at contract time.. never had an issue or missed a week. Always had almost 1/2 tank left in March for dryer & stove till fall. For some reason, 2 yrs ago, they delivered and filled my tank in MARCH on and over my contracted gallons, leaving me w/ a huge balance AGAIN !!! I started calling around, and almost ALL the other propane companies were almost $1 a gallon cheaper. A friend hooked up with Heller and told me how awesome they were, so I switched.. they came out & Installed my new tank w/ a satellite reader to know exactly when I needed gas, not using a math formula & guessing based on weather like mirabito and thier price was $1 gallon cheaper. The Install crew was great, I actually had a small leak under the house and they found it and fixed it.. they were respectful of my yard, my stuff and my house !! Fabulous company to do business with !!! Lock in contract rates are FABULOUS !!!! Give them a try and tell them Ruthie sent you !!! You could SAVE yourself a WHILE LOT OF MONEY !!!!

I recently switched from oil to propane for obvious reasons and spoke to James Owens who explained the entire process to me and we set up a date to install the 100 gallon propane tanks.The technicians , Chris Martin and his helper, Mike arrived on the day they said they would and installed the tanks for us. They also answered all of the questions my wife and I asked them and were very polite and extremely customer oriented.My wife and I were very happy with their service and we would highly recommend Hellers Gas to any future customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. Don't know where to begin. Credits magically disappear. $64 for a tenth of a gallon. Requested NO automatic delivery and still they show up with delivery drivers and customer service people that are pure nasty. Avoid at all costs.

We have been a customer of Heller’s Gas for awhile. We are on automatic delivery and have not had any issues. Last week the company switched our 2 tanks for new ones. The company called and set up the appointment. The 2 workers called before they came. They were very professional and did the job in a timely manner.

Been with this company before they became hellers gas it was back mountain gas never had any issues with them they even helped with a minor leak that I didn't know i had in my garage

I have been a customer for several years. I have no complaints. There tank monitoring device has been a great addition to my tanks. With the Hellers app you can see the status of your tanks on the app. Very easy company to get a hold of and discuss any issues you may have.
