I had my car repaired by Ken Pollock due to a close encounter with a deer. I am SO pleased with everything from start to finish. Their communication with us, etc, but my favorite part was their attention to detail. They cleaned my car inside and out, and I thought that shops didn’t do that anymore! For the times we live in where everything has become more expensive, less personal, and cheaper quality, this was a very pleasant surprise. Let’s hope I don’t have to go back to a repair shop for a while, but if I do, I’ll choose Ken Pollick in Hunlock Creek.

I had my car taken in for a car insurance car repair and I am over the moon happy. Everything went smoothly and work was done in a timely manner. Received my car back cleaned inside and out with a full tank of gas to boot… for an extra we were renting from enterprise and Mark was nice enough to call and see if they could come and pick the rental up as well since they had a car being delivered later on today. He took an hour of errands off of my day with that kind gesture. I have always had wonderful experiences with the Ken Pollock dealership and this was no different.

Extremely poor work quality do not do work as they say they will !! Theytry and fix old parts even though they say they cannot and are paid to replace do not stand by their work. Be sure to ask to see old parts especially if you use the Hunlock Creek location will never recommend photos show the poor workmanship top of panel is out past light and should be flush bottom shows gap at bottom and tight at top also the bubbles and waves from being prayed off and reused also never repainted in wheel well dirty side is factory in perfect condition just showing how bad there work is
Everyone beware of this collision center especially if you’re not good with the way a car should look your straight lines and if you’re a female, take someone with you to inspect and be sure to tell them you want old parts when job is done

I did not use their repair center so I cannot tell you if it was good or not, however I can testify to their personell. They were rude to me on the phone, and acted like they neither wanted or needed my business.

My girlfriend took her car here for an accident insurance job. It took a month for it to even go in then took 5 weeks to be fixed, when it was originally quoted 3. They continuously blamed parts. I don't know how they can blame parts when they don't use factory parts. They definitely used aftermarket parts and upcharged them. They definitely don't go the extra mile. They gave my girlfriend her car back and I went to go adjust the headlight beam because it was so terrible and annoying, it was pointing at the ground right infront of the car. They couldn't take the extra 5 minutes to make sure the beam pattern was right. This is when I noticed that the headlight was aftermarket because it has some differences from the original one on the other side of the car. Upon receiving the itemized list of what was replaced, I started typing all the parts in and found it quite easy to find all of them. The quality of the work was not good, the hood has different gap spaces on each side and can tell it was obviously hit. The paint work on the new bumper is flaky or the plastic was not shaved right leaving some parts of it looking bad. Clearly another aftermarket cheap part. She also mentioned everytime she made contact with them they were pretty rude. Their hours are hard to accommodate if you work so I wasn't able to inspect her car before taking away from their lot. But if you're a woman, I'd recommend taking a man with you that can better inspect their work because just like everywhere they will take advantage of women and shove the car off on you. Only went here because it was a Nissan collision center and we had a Nissan Rogue. I figured that would be the best quickest option and they should find parts pretty easily, but I was wrong I guess. These guys were wonderful and kept me informed on the status of my car repairs. When subsequent repairs were discovered, Mike worked directly with my Geico rep. Kurt and Ben were so helpful and did an incredible job with my car repairs.

Our car was T- BONED by a huge 8 point buck. So devastated and stressed out called Ken Pollack's Collision as suggested by our Insurance company. I spoke with Kurt and also spoke with Mike.
