“This was definitely one of the best calls I have ever made in my life . Ball furniture not only met my needs they exceeded them by leaps and bounds. Due to a transportation issue I had I just couldn't be as mobile and able to go to the store as I would normally do. No problem for these folks, they did everything humanly possibly to accommodate my needs. Try furnishing a two bedroom apartment without a car and having absolutely nothing in your place at all. That kinda seems impossible for me, but not for Randy, Lynne and the rest of the crew that are employed there. Simply put they knew I was going through some adversities at that time and put my well being, feelings emotions and concerns before their own. I'll probably never find another company like that in the future, I consider myself lucky because most people never find a company or organization like that in their life. I wanted to let you in on a secret, the expression ball does it all should be taken literally. What I mean is that this company does way more than just furniture. You have to understand they are involved in and do tons other things.if you think something you need done can't be done, well you are wrong. If you have called other companies and they say it's impossible or just won't do it, not to worry. Your best going to be to call Ball. “Could not of been better. From ordering to install everything was great. I needed my existing shed removed. They recommended Craig and for the electric they recommended Chris. Both contractors were great. A custom shed was built and installed in about 3 weeks. The quality and price can't be beat.Services: Custom shed design”
“Editing my post…Original post….Was told my order would be in by August. Then told it would be another 6 weeks even though I was told the furniture was at warehouse. A warehouse delivery wasn’t going to happen for 6-7 weeks. Got the run around on the phone. Lady who answers the phone never called back. Only one person tried to help. They are very willing to sell the furniture and tell you it will be in but that is not the case. Moving out of state and will need to figure out how to get my furniture now. Disappointed.After my post I received a call and they are going to make things work for us. Thank you. We have purchased from McKinney in the past and have always been very satisfied with both service and quality. It is one of the first places we go when looking for furniture in the area. Again thank you for keeping a satisfied customer and making this right. I have changed my review.”
