Just had OLED TV installed in a recess above the fireplace. This was a tricky job at best, but Jim and Mike made measurements and double checked everything before installing a singe bolt in the wall. Expert craftsmanship and attention to detail every step of the way. The result was an 83” TV installed EXACTLY where I wanted it to be. I would recommend Voss TV to everyone I know for great sales (Matt and Rick) thru perfect installation. This is a First Class experience from beginning to end !!!

Voss made buying a new washer and dryer so easy. From the minute we walked in, everyone was very attentive and took the time to listen to what we wanted. Products were received within a few days from ordering and the guys who delivered them were phenomenal. From start to finish, our experience was wonderful.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I was in need of a new dishwasher. I spoke with Rich in the sales room who was able to guide and answer all the questions I had. Very quick turnaround on getting an install date. The installers Mike and another gentleman who's name is escaping me, faced multiple challenges with removing my old dishwasher (due to new floor and countertop installation). They went above and beyond to get the old dishwasher removed and other one installed. Extremely respectful of my home and me. I couldn't be happier with the dishwasher and service I received. This wouldn't have been the same experience with a bigger box store. Shop small, it really is worth it!

Highly recommend Voss over any of the big box stores. My family has purchased multiple kitchen sets from them and recommended that I go through Voss, and I was not disappointed. We were moving in just before Christmas and Voss made accomodations to deliver and install 3 appliances so we had them in time for when we moved in. Christmas is a crazy time to move and Voss helped make our move a little less stressful. The installers were also great and very careful when bringing in the refrigerator and taking the washer/dryer up the stairs to the top floor. We had a minor issue with our dryer (not Voss' fault) and Megan immediately reached out to the manufacturers rep to begin the process of getting it fixed. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Voss is the best place to buy any appliance or TV your looking for. They are less expensive than all your box stores and more knowledgeable than most stores too. People are GREAT to deal with !!!! CANT GO WRONG SHOPPING HERE !!!!!

I used Voss Appliance for the first time (after being a long time Don's Appliance customer) and I can't speak highly enough about their expertise and service. They were incredibly helpful with guiding me through the differences between the various manufacturers and beyond accomodating when I ordered the wrong size appliance and had to replace it. I highly recommend them and have become a very loyal customer!

We recently had to replace a 23 year old double oven. Although I visited many other appliance stores in the local area, the only one that could come up with solution for the new oven to fit in the old space was Rick from Voss appliances.Rick came out to my home twice to make sure he had the correct measurements so that the installation would be seamless. I left everything in Rick’s hands and he came up with a great solution. The two gentleman that came to do the installation were respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. They are truly an example of old-school level of personal service in an age where that is very rare. I 100% recommend Voss and will continue to use them for any other appliance needs.

I recently purchased a large screen TV and had them installed it. The company delivered it on the date that it was promised. The installers were terrific. They were very polite and professional and were exceptionally clean while installing the TV. It was programmed to my exsisting cable box and was working within several minutes. I am very satified and will use Voss again

We purchased several high end appliances from Matt at Voss earlier this year and were recently installed by their fantastic team, Jim and Mike, who went above and beyond to ensure the panel installation looked perfect. We plan to continue to make purchases from Voss as their team is well informed on the variety of home appliances and TV options available on the market.

Promising...but FAILED in the end. I had such high hopes. When dealing with the direct family/owners, the process was fairly smooth, but the devil is in the details and on this, they failed miserably. Delivery was a NIGHTMARE as the "3+ years experienced" installer(s) were RUDE and unwilling to make minor accommodations (removal of window trim allowing for easier install) which I, the homeowner, approved. (I may add, this was the 2nd attempt at delivery.) He (they) told me he would not install. He (they) refused to perform installation activities "on Voss time", instead tried to pitch doing the the work as a side job. I refused. Instead, he (they) took a smoke break while my neighbor removed said window trim. He (they) even wanted to leave the non-working appliance for the trash collector, but I told them I would be fined for such by local authorities and/or HOA as pick-up was several days away. I will take my future business elsewhere. My future business includes a complete kitchen remodel and entertainment room. Their loss.

Very nice locally owned Appliance and TV store. Many family members work together here.An excellent choice if looking for regular and higher end appliances and TV's. Mr. Voss is a cool middle age guy that from what I know treats his family and customers very well! Recommended. ??
