What kind of people does Ross hire at this location? Unbelievable there was an old lady that wears glasses with green streaks in her hair such a rude attitude so mean for no reason she literally rip the item out of my hand at the counter to scan. I'd never seen that in my life and she's scanning what an attitude and she's giving me a dirty look and she's rolling her eyes so I ended up walking out.I didn't want to purchase nothing there definitely needs to be fired she is too old to work and she is too mean

This store is a really nice place to grab a sportswear, t-shirts, undergarments, and handbags. Sometimes you can find brand name body products, it’s worth a visit.

I went to return 2 pairs of biker shorts I bought on clearance earlier this week. The guy that was doing the return was inspecting the items as if there was something wrong with them and he never even scanned the receipt or the tags. He told me that the description of the items on the receipt were not matching the items I was returning , which was not true. He told me that on the receipt it says the biker shorts were for a 2 pack which wasn't true. He called his supervisor over and she was telling me the same thing and I told them I did not purchase a 2 pack and that the codes and prices matches exactly what was on the receipt. She then called her supervisor who came over and settled everything. The descriptions were correct and what they thought said 2 pack actually said 2 pockets. These people were going to refuse my refund all because they couldn't read! Thank god the 2nd supervisor had enough sense to properly read the receipt. Reading is very fundamental!... Also, the second supervisor was the only one who apologized.

Picked up a few items that I didn't intend to get when I went in... just like they want me to do. Clean store, lots of deals, and although there was only 1 cashier on a Saturday evening, the wait wasn't too long.
