I had an experience that left me dissatisfied and compelled to share my disappointment. The level of service, particularly from the manager, was nothing short of appalling. Upon entering the branch, the atmosphere was unwelcoming, and there was only one customer service representative attending to 5 customers seeking help.It was for over 30 minutes without receiving any assistance. . The pinnacle of my frustration occurred during an interaction with the manager (the lady in the new office), whose attitude was shockingly dismissive and condescending. Instead of providing assistance or attempting to resolve the issue, the manager displayed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I had to leave the branch because I managed to get assistance by calling the bank main number.I would strongly advise potential clients to think twice before considering this branch. My experience with this branch has been regrettable and I would caution other to explore alternative options that prioritize customer satisfaction and professionalism.

I love this TD Bank location. Really nice staff, especially Trina Wills, who was at the counter. She handled an issue I had quickly and efficiently and got me on my way! I thought I’d have to wait around to be handled by one of the reps at a desk but Trina called me over and jumped right into action. Thanks!!

TD bank isn't the worst but that $3 non TD bank atm fee certainly is. I try my hardest never to use my td card at non TD bank atms. I've also been reading more on finance, and I learned the accounts offered with an interest rate at TD bank are reasonably low compared to other financial institutions, and I also feel disconnected from my bank. I don't think they see my potential or growth financially. I have two checking and a savings account with TD Bank, but I recently brought two Certificates of Deposit, opened a High Yield Savings account and Money Market account with another bank. That speaks volumes, and most branches I visit are usually understaffed or employees who don't make it a priority to serve customers. I visited a branch with one teller working who had a long line while 3 employees in view of the line sat at their desks on the floor and never got up to help the lone teller. And of course, the atm was not accepting deposits. I was so happy when I initially opened my accounts with TD Bank, but the glamor is slowly fading. Being open on Sundays is always a plus, even if short staffed or closed earlier than normal, posted business hours because of inadequate staffing. The lollipops and pens are nice. The favoritism to cater to dogs and dog lovers, preferably than cats, is not unnoticed.

I went multiple times to get bank checks to pay for my wedding. The service was friendly, efficient, and quick. I forget her name (maybe Ellen or Elizabeth) but she helped me in February and was so personable and even remembered me when she helped me again in June! She sadly left recently, but other staff that helped me there were just as efficient and courteous!

Really baffled as to WHY this particular branch has such a low rating. The teller and manager here treated me with kindness and professionalism. In fact, they treated me almost better than the great folks at my home branch in Bensalem. They were very accommodating and never made me feel rushed, but got my transactions completed fast and efficiently. Sometimes you just cannot solely depend on other people's reviews, especially if they are mainly upset about a specific issue THEY happen to be having. This problem will, more than likely, never affect you. So, check them out for yourself, and give them YOUR honest opinion. Chances are, you will (as I did) have a great experience at this branch.

Bank is always closed. Atm is always out of service. 6 times in the past year... They always ask . Is there's anything else they can do for you.? How about opening up the inside & FIXING YOUR ATM. This is why i do most of my banking with Republic bank. Better hours , better , service, better ATM's . What ATM doesn't accept cash ? The one at this location. That's crazy!!!!

Paul Marino, the manager, is honest and forthcoming. He cleaned between customers. Service is excellent and staff explain well. They do COVID precautions very well and are open for all services but some need appointment so call first.

Lobby hours by appointment only right now! Luckily, you are able to do almost anything in the drivethrough. Even with 4 drivethrough stalls I had to wait about 25 minutes on a Saturday morning around 10:00, but it was packed. Staff has always been friendly here, and willing to go above and beyond to get me what I need.
