The Old Toll Gate Inn has been around for many years and it still has great food and atmosphere. It made me proud to see a waitress helping and elderly gentleman out to his car. It is the type of restaurant you can enjoy with your family.

Really cool older bar with separate resturant away from bar area. Really outanding service, good food, and nice people. Waitstaff seems to know a lot of folks, and really was on top of stuff. It's a place ro set, grab a drink, and have song good food and conversation. Well worth the trip.Kid-friendliness: At least on restaurant side.Parking: Ehhh, it's busy, gotta expect a bit if congestion, but not bad. I got a front spot. Just watch yourself pulling out.Wheelchair accessibility: I think there is a ramp. Doors are big.

We eat there regularly and we love the staff and food, the wings are amazing and there is always sports on the TV. They have a dining area separate from the bar so yes it is family-friendly also.

Been going there for years but it ain't what it used to be. Food is hit and miss and service is the same. Turn over there is high. What's on the menu isn't what you get anymore. It's a shame.

Tollgate has been my favorite place for wings for years but the last 2 times we went the wings were barely cooked and it wasn't even that busy. Our server was great but we wasted half of the food because it was under cooked and wings aren't cheap these days.

It's one of my many places I have been going to for years, Its a wonderful place & if you like "wings" this is the place to go on wing night Sun,Tues, & Sat. Sometimes it can get extremely busy & you may have wait a while but the food & service are great!

This local bar is the BEST place to get wings and beer in Johnstown, PA. My wife is from the area and brought me here for a few beers, and it became my mistress. We come every time we're in town. Wings and sauce and home made. The bar is a total dive with the ambience of local approval. Do not sleep on this place. Stop in for great wings, cheap beer, good conversation, and great service. Also, get the corn nuggets.
