The owner and proprietor of these storage units is a horrible human being. He has no regard for anybody but himself and his wallet. My mother passed away with no will, instead of allowing us to pay the monthly charge he's fighting us and making us get a lawyer to prove we have a right to my mothers stuff. Including my father(mom's husband) unfortunately we can not afford a lawyer after the costly funeral arrangements and debt my mother had acquired in her lifetime. This man is not a nice one. He doesn't care about anything but making his pockets bigger.
