Well it was ok the day I bought my car everyone was super nice. But the next day after I bought the car I realized the touch touch screen was bad. It's a common problem with the Mitsubishi outlander sport. So I took it to tri star and they couldn't fix it. Rose said Matt wasn't there that I had to talk to him. Well I called the next day and he still wasn't there. Rose gave me tha run around for 2 days. Finally Matt came in the following Monday and said get it fixed and bring me the bill. Well I called Mitsubishi in Indiana and butler and they both wanted 2,500.00 to fix it. I called Matt and told him and I said we can split it if I can't find someone to do it cheaper. I search and seached for a month and finally found someone to do it for 600.00 a 1/4 of what Mitsubishi wanted. So I finally got it done and took the bill to him and he said can you split this with me. I said no. That I was willing to do that if it was 2,500.00. But I searched and searched for a month to get it done much much cheaper. He got pissed and said I don't even know if it wasn't working the day you bought it. He said the radio was working giving me the run around. He said ok I have to get a check from somewhere which I didn't believe so he was going to rip me off. I left and was very upset about the whole thing so I called him and said I would split it with him if we did it that day. He said I'll see what I can round up here and I'll call you back. Well he called me back and said come down. So I did and he gave me a 500.00 Check which he said he didn't have. That was my experience with Tri Star
I will never buy a car there again. I hope that doesn't happen to anyone else.

I had a fantastic, first financing experience with Tristar! Tom was informative and made sure I found the perfect vehicle within my budget! Rose was very friendly and made our contracting easy to understand. The place is very clean and the staff was extremely welcoming. Would definitely recommend Tristar to anyone!

Me and my husband came to Budget Lot by Tristar after an unfortunate wreck with our vehicle. We were able to get help from them to get into a vehicle THAT DAY with a great financing option. Thank you tom at Budget by TriStar for helping us get into our new-to-us car! We will definitely be back again.

The absolute nicest employees work here. They all led me to the exact vehicle that I wanted/needed and helped me every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend a better car experience than what I had here. Matt is a wonderful salesman. Rose couldn’t be any more polite and helpful with every financial question. Bruce is an outstanding mechanic and answered all those types of questions, and Mike had such a cheerful attitude that makes everybody smile. This experience was the best I could have asked for and I will never buy from another place.

Most of these reviews are when Tri-Star Ford Dealership were selling used cars-trucks also.
My husband bought a 2017 (NEW) F150 before they closed in August 2024 from them. When it 'finally' arrived months later he couldn't go in to finalize the purchase--he just came home from the hospital. The salesman drove the truck to our place about 16-20 miles from Kittanning. He finalized everything and drove our old F150 back. I have to say that was great. Then they gave him the first oil change for free BUT the service department kept him waiting almost 2-1/2 hours. So, the service department wasn't as good as the sales department.
He called again right after August 31, 2024 to get it inspected again--NOW they are ONLY a 'used car lot'. The girl that answered told him he would have to go to Blairsville for inspection -- THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY SERVICE IN KITTANNING ANYMORE -- then hung up on him. She was a rude as could be. My husband and I assumed that she has probably taken a lot of nasty phone calls from their 'former' customers recently; but, that's no reason to be rude.
Tri-Star should have sent out notices prior to doing this -- THEY ARE THE ONES AT FAULT. I have to wonder what kind of a company they are. Had my husband known this would happen he may have gone to Cochran Ford in Natrona Heights to buy the truck. We have had problems a few years back with Glenn Bush Ford in Apollo after the brothers that owned it passed and one of their children took over. If he needs warrantee work he'll go there NOT Blairsville, otherwise anything that's normal routine work he'll go to one of the local mechanics in Vandergrift or Apollo that he knows and pay them.

I bought a car here June 26th its now September 6th I've had nothing but issues with it. It's currently in the garage in Blairsville due to this location closing. They clearly didn't service the car before selling it.

They found the issue with my f150 and repaired it quickly. Just sorry to hear that they are closing the Kittanning Pa store.
