I had a great experience at Auto Express of Langhorne. I scheduled a state inspection appointment for 5pm and was out by 6:15pm. The staff was friendly and the waiting room was nice and clean. I would definitely go back.

The mechanic found I did not need the service that I thought was needed and they fixed a very minor issue at no cost to me. Now that's what I call great customer service!

Leslie is the man! Needed all 4 new tires for my car. One of them got a flat on my way to work so I called early Monday morning. Leslie answered and worked with me through pricing and comparing tire brands/costs. Needless to say AAA took a while to drop off my car to Auto Express but once they got it there (11pm), Leslie measured all 4 tires for free and called me Tuesday morning. I knew they were low tread so I was going to get all 4 anyways but the courtesy was much appreciated. No up-charge on the tires and very fair price for labor / alignment. Will certainly recommend them to anyone who need services in a pinch.

This place is super disappointing. Their listed prices are purposely listed incorrectly to get people through the door. Truth expect to pay 30-40 percent more than any price advertised. If you reach out to complain about the false advertisement, expect the run around. They will have a professional liar reach out.

Please be aware! This place charge ridiculous price for the parts. In our case they charged $35.5 for iridium spark plug per ONE UNIT!!!, and $156.5 for ignition coils per ONE UNIT!! (No labor is included in this price).

I’m going to be completely honest. Majority of any& all auto dealers try to rip you off. As for this place, I went about three years ago for an oil Change. They told me that I needed brakes front and back $600. I told them I would wait on it. Few months later went to get my car inspected somewhere else ( Tires plus which also ripped me off) I did not need brakes at inspection ! Three years later, I still don’t need brakes had them measured twice. That Was a total lie ! To make extra money.All about scams and making money! Updated 9/25 /24because of the reply . I went to another service center and that one told me i didn’t need brakes that they were like new! So I’m letting people know be careful.Most definitely was at your center Auto Express of Langhorne 💯 right near the mall. On the corner of Lincoln Hwy. You can lose the invoices all you like but after that incident I never will return . One thing to up sell me if I need to pass inspection but to out right lie ?!

I had a very good experience. The young lady, very pleasant very helpful. . My brother told me that you have to make an appointment now. So I called. The gentleman answer was not very pleasant. been going for years. Advertise no appointment necessary .if I have to deal with him again, I probably will not come back.
