We used ECI Comfort to upgrade our 20+ year old system. They were very professional and helpful from the initial quotes by Steve and the installation by Dan and Alex. Appreciate the prompt responses to all of our questions. We even signed up for an additional 3 year labor warranty so now our new system is in the best hands!!

I am extremely happy we invested in mini splits. The team at eci made the entire process quick and easy. They were polite, professional and cleaned up when they were finished (I can’t always say that about contractors these days). If I could I would rate them 10 stars

ECI is terrific!! ECI replaced our compressor and air handler with a heat pump. We were also looking for an air filtration system and the sales rep, Steve, directed us towards an air scrubber. He patiently had multiple points of contact with us as we obsessed over which air scrubber to get. The installation team (Dan, Alex and Mike) was top-notch. They protected our home and when they left there was barely a sign that they had removed and replaced an air handler from our 3rd floor. Every organization wants a review after every contact. I could spend hours writing reviews if I did so. Instead, I only write reviews when the service is outstanding. ECI was outstanding from start to finish. Well, aren’t finished with them yet- we will continue to use them for service.Service: Heating system installation

AMAZING service! Such a quick process from the very first phone call thru the final moment of installation! Jeremy, Dan & Alex were so helpful and professional and efficient! We are thrilled with the huge upgrade on our 30+ year old system. We knew we wanted a slimmer and quieter system but wasn’t exactly sure of the best option for our home. Our new system is more efficient, much quieter and much more efficient! The ECI team was hugely helpful with the best suggestions and information that best fit our needs. Our unit was blowing warm air & condenser wasn't coming on. Selinda came out to troubleshoot the problem. Found a leak in the system & fixed it within a couple hours! Very pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, & customer service oriented. Highly recommend them.

ECI Comfort are true professionals who did an awesome job from start to finish. They installed 3 Mitsubishi split system air conditioners / heat units. Their pricing was fair and their service was stellar. Our sales rep, Darren, was prompt, knowledgeable, and always available via text or phone call. He arrived on time for all appointments, accompanied the installers on their first day, and followed up throughout the project. James and Nick, our installers, also arrived on time, explained what they were doing, and did a very professional job throughout the installation. They cleaned up any mess they made, removed all trash and old equipment, and set up and explained how to operate all aspects of the units. I am particularly impressed by the way they covered all the wiring and pipes outside my house. I highly recommend ECI Comfort and will definitely refer friends and family to them. We had a new AC unit installed after the old one was not able to be serviced anymore. It did last for 20 years. Absolutely the Best Heating and Air conditioning company in the area. Stephan and Shane installed a mini split unit into my home today. They arrived on time and were incredibly polite, professional and knowledgeable. They took care to protect my home by covering their boots when indoors, and laying protective cloths near all of the areas of installation. They cleaned up perfectly and and actually left my yard cleaner than when they got here. They tested the device to make sure everything was working properly and answered all of my questions. I recently had ECI replace my gas fired boiler in my home. My experience was positive from start to finish. The sales representative Jeremy was familiar with the Energy Kinetics product line, and recommended a few of their products that would work in our home. We went with the EK 1RT model based on its reliability. I was also happy to hear that Energy Kinetics is somewhat local to me, so should parts be needed at some point, they would be readily available.The technicians doing the work, Dan, and Alex were very professional thought out their time in our home. The job required two full days of work. ECI also sent a separate team to run lines for the air conditioning drain. Dan’s work on the piping of multiple zones was a work of art. I am attaching a picture as well.ECI was also very responsive in addressing my concern on the efficiency about two weeks later. They immediately sent their supervisor to do a test and made some quick adjustments.I also decided to have ECI do my yearly maintenance on my air conditioner as well.Services: Heating system installation
