Dealer will want to charge you 179$ just to read your engine code. Then they will want to charge you 179$ just to tell you if your car issue is covered by their best service plan. Then they will tell you that your car is in one spot when you go pickup your car. When it's in another spot entirely so you walk the lot a few times.

Have a 2018. F150. Surprising, started having “charging system, service now” alert. My personal mechanic changed battery and a bad wire. Still persisted. He referred to Bergey’s Ford since they would be able to “chase the gremlins” with Ford specific diagnostics. After initial consultation, they found the issue at the harness, communicated via video and finished the job. Alert no longer appearing. They did a great job and I recommend.

I brought my vehicle for high mileage maintenance and PA state inspection. I made the appointment in advance. The quality of the work performed was superb!
All needed parts, maintenance and adders, were ordered after I left the car for service. I lost time due to delivery times. My schedule was interrupted.
Work quality was worth the high price I paid. The planning cost me more!

Bergey's Ford and their staff are outstanding and courtious! I had to take my truck in for a recall and it was done quickly. (around an hour or so) DJ, a service team member was straightfoward with what had to be done and kept me updated while I waited. I could not be happier with the experience! I will be using this dealership from now on for my maintenence and purchasing.

Bergeys took care of my needs in a timely manner and everyone in the service department was very friendly. I would like to give a Gina a shout out for always being pleasant no matter the situation. She has a tough job sometimes and she handles herself professionally!!!
2/13/24. New post. Bergey delivers as usual. Had my truck serviced today and the service team took care of my needs. Be shoutout to Gina and her group. Their schedules were tight but they fit me in. I do enjoy taking my truck to them for service. Rarely a call back. They do very good work. Thanks again!!!
8/19/24 New update. The Bergey team in Lansdale is the best. Gina and here team continue to deliver exceptional service. Big shout out to Andy the service tech. I appreciate the heads up on the cabin filter and air filter. Satisfied customer again.

Absolutely wonderful experience dealing with Bergey's Ford! Bob and Kevin were very welcoming throughout the entire process. I had inquired about purchasing a truck they had on their lot, I spoke with Bob Mason and scheduled a meeting the next day with very short notice. They had the very specific truck trim I was searching for and made the 1 hour drive to meet with them. I took a test drive and very quickly knew this was the one I wanted. Bob took the time to show me every detail and function on the truck and how everything operated. We made the deal and Kevin Drucker was awesome with handling the signing of the paperwork and took the time to ensure I got the best deal. He also took the time to explain all the information regarding the financing, insurance and warranty options with no pressure to sell me anything. I would also like to mention that they also stayed fairly late after hours to get me squared away and out the door happy. I have been to dealerships in the past and none have been as good as my dealing with Bergeys. I absolutely 100% recommend Bergeys to anyone looking to purchase a Ford. Thank you Bob and Kevin for the great experience. I truly appreciate it!

He was excellent throughout the process of deciding on a vehicle to purchase, locating exactly what we were looking for and making sure the final sales process went smoothly.
