Well unfortunately, the washer I used to put my brand new bedding in... NOW HAS either fiberglass or insulation in them... They are RUINED. The nite manager/custodian tried his Best to get it out they washed my bedding (For Free) at least 3/4 times to no avail IT DID NOT COME OUT... And I haven't gone back since...I never experienced a problem like this... Honestly, what more can they really DO??!! I'm assuming a knowingly PERSON didn't WANT to RUIN their HOME washer... RITE? But instead... Ruined my very expensive KING BEDDING AND DOWN BLANKET/COMFORTER!! UGH ?

A mess, it's dirty, the guy is super rude there. The owner is some Chinese or Asian guy, he wouldn't even let this young girl just use the change machine and was so nasty to her. I see why nobody gives him any business. It was so upsetting I left.

I went to do laundry in 3 places today morning. Two of them in lansdale and another one in hatfield. I am sure that I am not going back to the hatful one ever. Other one in lansdale is expensive and dirty water on the floor here and there. This one is the cleanest. The owner Mr. Park is a nice guy. Helped me to do the blanket and all other clothing. We had a nice chat. He loves to talk. I will go there untill my washing machine get fixed.Everything is nice but need lot of upgrade and changes and advertising.Thanks.

I went there to drop off my stuff, and there is a no specific amount per LB he just guesses the amount and says give this much, give that much. He was just guessing the price. And he said if you don't want this then you can leave, you can go somewhere else. He was rude. They don't even deserve one star.

I’ve always had washer and dryer at home. But since it broke down, had my first ever outside laundry experience today in this laundromat.The old gentleman who seemed to be in charge was of great help. He figured am new to doing self laundry and guided me right from coin machine to using the coin operated washer and dryer.
