James, the technician pulled up to the house. The dog was outside. I immediately went to get the dog in but he was pulling away - he didn't even get out of the truck. I yelled as he was pulling around the corner, but, I'm presuming he didn't hear me because he didn't stop. I called the local grasshopper office. Fortunately the individual was able to get a hold of him and he returned to do the service.

I really tried to have my lawn serviced by this company but every time we had a scheduled appointment the person would call me and cancel because “The Boss scheduled and last minute meeting so he had to cancel”. The first time he told me this excuse I was understanding and rescheduled for the next day. The next day came and he called with the same excuse that a “Snap Meeting” was scheduled and he could not honor our rescheduled appointment. This happened two days in row and I was asked to reschedule a third time and hope the boss didn’t plan another meeting. This company needs to prioritize customers and scheduled appointments with customers over internal meetings that probably could have been handled with an email. I requested a call back from the owner Mike to discuss this experience so I will see if I ever receive a call.

Our lawn Technician Jayson is fantastic.
Catches every inch of the lawn, hand spraying where the riding machine can't reach.
Punctual and dependable service are his hallmarks.

Because we live in a heavily wooded area various pest and blight issues are a concern with our shrubs. I am so grateful Grasshopper offers a tree and shrub service at a terrific price and specifically thankful to Moses for his care with our shrubs!
