Filled my car up here today and the CEL came on on my car 5 miles down the road. Cars idling roughly too. Not sure I’d get gas from this location again.

Be Careful this place is ran by rude immature people...at least night shift is.. avoid if possible. Go to the wilkes barre sheetz instead.. I already reported them back to HQ...the place reflects the way the attitude of the staff are it's run down and dirty similar to how a teenager typically keeps their bedroom...they will hang up on you if you have a disagreement or try and egg on a fist fight with you over a disagreement. Staff will shove you with their elbow if your in their way.. all true...the other children staff will lie and say that they didn't shove you..this place is OUT OF HAND

Last night our cashier was very rude and unprofessional.She was upset that a gentleman didn't know that he had to do the lottery before making his payment. She slammed her cash register drawer and was very frustrated..sheetz needs to teach their employees better customer service skills

I usually get food and milkshakes from Sheetz but today my bf went and got me a chocolate milkshake and upon drinking it I found out it was a Peanut Butter shake instead. I’m highly allergic to all tree nuts. My bf and I went back to the store and told them and the supervisor Brad could care less. He kept telling us it was a mistake and then giggles as he Walked away and then claimed it was cross contamination when I’m trying to explain it’s not it was a PURE PEANUT BUTTER SHAKE. He then told me to just not get shakes from sheetz. Will be going back on Monday to speak to a real manager and not a child who thinks it’s okay and a simple mistake making a Peanut Butter shake instead of chocolate and could potentially kill someone. They’re lucky I didn’t swallow the damn shake and spit it out right away

The environment is nice.
Food is okay. I bought a cheeseburger and it kind of sucked.
They did make good mac and cheese bites though.
I'm sure if I decided to order more platter food it wouldve been a better experience.
The staff was nice though.

Hi, order 802 here from Tuesday, Whoever left the 2 cups of teriyaki sauce with my sampler is an absolute legend. Just wanted let y’all know they’re killing it with the customer service over there. Would come back again

Clearly understaffed. Understandable being the only place open on Christmas but the manager in the kitchen was literally YELLING at people as they walked through the door. Yelling if they walked up to the order station. It was absurd and completely rude. Will not frequent this location again. Actually drove to another sheetz and had great service! Managers clearly need help at this location!

Service is good, hours are even better for night shift workers .. Sandwich was good but the mac and cheese was so bad it was like a bland flavorless soup and I could not stomach it. Would return again while working my night shifts for sure but just be more careful what I get.Update: I visited around midnight again christmas eve and noticed a cashier who made a smart move refusing to sell an obnoxious rude drunk customer alcohol despite the fact they all ganged up on her. Despite the circumstances the service is great. She could of saved someone’s life this holiday from a stupid person who drunk drove and for that I think sheetz gets bumped up a few stars

Great customer service. Took the extra time to make sure my allergies weren't going to be effected by cross contamination. On top of that everyone is super kind
