Mary is the best. We will never go to any other tax service. She's very personable, kind and thorough! She definitely knows the tax laws and will try to help you get the best return possible. Just love her.

My wife and I never met this lady before and we arrived on time to have our taxes done, only to be greeted with "are we going to do this or what?" We were both taken aback because we didn't know how to respond and were confused by what she meant and with her tone. To that I asked, what does that mean? She replied that her father is in the other room and dying. That is awful to hear of course. Maybe she should have delayed our appointment until she's in the right frame of mind? We decided to just leave and didn't want to be treated poorly.
