The multi-million dollar CVS store could not handle the volume of prescriptions so my prescription was lost along with everyone else for the day. Their response, sorry about that, nothing I can do, go see your doctor again.

I was told my prescription would be ready in 20mins. I left and went to Giant next door, which took longer than 20mins. Come back and I’m told it’s not ready yet, I’m a little irritated, but say no problem and I take a seat. It’s now 20 more minutes and I ask the cashier if it was ready yet, (the cashier was extremely polite and understanding of my frustrations) she said no and goes and checks on the delay. I’m then told by some guy that it won’t be ready till after lunch cause it just came off the truck. He had a bit of an attitude as if I should have known that and I’m the one bothering them. Why was I not told this from the beginning??? This is not the first time I’ve had issues at this store. It’s my fault I keep using them as my pharmacy, but not anymore. They have no value of their customers time whatsoever. If I would I been told this at the very beginning, there would have been no problem at all.

This is the worst pharmacy. I went to store twice and was told not ready come back later. I called and left voicemail for no return call. Called the second time was place on hold for 27mins then transferred to voicemail. Called back and now store closed!!!!!!! This is unacceptable. Do better cvs

this new leave a message instead of talking to somebody in person is bullshit. I’m very unhappy with it. I don’t care if they know my name. I’ve been waiting on pain medication for the last two days which I desperately need right now. Otherwise they seem to not be able to fill prescriptions that were always filled by Rite Aid. They never had any problem filling any of my medication‘s but now that I had to switch to CVS because Rite Aid went bankrupt now I’m getting the oh we can’t fill this. We can’t fill that. Oh your prescription didn’t say something, but it did because when I get prescriptions and it’s brand-name necessary it’s on the prescription piece of paper and I don’t know if they need glasses but this is getting ridiculous. Honestly, I’m thinking of switching again like I can’t even get a hold of a person I don’t wanna talk to a damn AI I wanna talk to a person. I don’t wanna leave a message and hope they get back to me in an hour. I wanna talk to a person right then right there that’s what the phone is for you can call and talk to somebody. It’s really quite simple. No I’m very angry at this store right now especially this one I didn’t try to call the other ones, but it’s probably just as bad. I definitely wouldn’t recommend dealing with CVS if you can go to another pharmacy.

They don't answer their phone. I've been holding for 25 minutes and counting with an important question about my child's medication refill. I've stood in the store in line to pick up an Rx for more than that so at least I'm in the comfort of my own home. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Just awful. CVS is a crap corporation. No wonder they don't have enough help in the pharmacy.
Update 1/5/25
I have since taken my family's prescriptions to another pharmacy, however my elderly family member still uses CVS. Today I went to pick up a prescription she needs today and the pharmacy is closed at 11:00 AM. I am told by some random lady sitting there that whoever has the key to the pharmacy went out of state with the key and they can't open. They are working on getting a locksmith, but don't know when they'll be able to open. Was told the same by the person working at the front check out who couldn't have cared less. So much is wrong with the cavalier attitudes of their staff where their customer's health and well being is concerned it's truly disturbing. Needless to say my family member is looking into getting her prescriptions moved elsewhere.

they are terrible at their job. They are never on time they are always in your business, liars recalling reasons for giving medicine. Places personal beliefs above their customer's needs.

Never had problems before, but since the pandemic started, prescriptions take about a week or more to fill. They filled my husband's anti-seizure prescription the day before he ran out, claiming that they were waiting for a shipment. We never cut it that close! Took a week to fill a new antidepressant, and they are always behind on my mom's prescriptions, which she needs to prevent another stroke. We switched to this CVS because it's convenient when grocery shopping, but it's getting scary with wondering if our medications will be ready on time. One of the staff flat out lied about my mom's prescription, telling her she guaranteed it would be a 90-day supply. It wasn't.And closing for lunch... If I would have don't that as a retail manager, I would have been fired. Must be nice to always get a lunch, even though you are WEEKS behind on filling prescriptions! If they are so short staffed, why do they not interview applicants? I know two people who applied (both with years of customer service experience) and never heard a thing.

Just because the pharmacist needs to eat, doesn't mean the pharmacy should be closed. There are other people there who can check you out while you're getting your prescriptions. The pharmacist doesn't have to be there just for us to pick up our prescriptions. This is ridiculous that you are closed even though there are employees that can handle it.

Phenomenal! Eric and Genevieve saved the day. We couldn't be more grateful for their assistance! Thank you for straightening out an error on the prescriber's part.

Normally this is our favorite CVS. However, my husband was in line at 1:28 to pick up a prescription and he got up to the window at 1:30 and because they were going to lunch, they shut the window on him. That is just not right!
