I came bright and early at 730am, was greeted promptly and with a welcome vibe, quickly and clearly went over prices up front on all work requested and then was shown the lounge area, coffee/snacks etc while I decided to wait that morning at the dealership ... thanks for being a pleasant experience and making my first time here one of many more as needed and for all my inspections.

I have never had a positive experience with the service department. It always feels like they are cutting corners and lack any pride in what they are doing. I am spending my time this afternoon cleaning differential fluid off the axle and emergency brake cable on my truck because the service tech just dismissed it as too hard to get it all off. He literally sprayed it with a hose while I waited and thought that was good enough. I take my truck here because I have to for the warranty but I would rather go literally anywhere else.

After several months of searching for a vehicle, Chris Bailey at the Lebanon Nissan made it happen. Chris took the extra mile from the very beginning and listened to what I was looking for and the budget I needed to stick to. No other dealership tried to stay within budget, not even the other Nissan dealer with whom I bought my previous 3 cars from and within close proximity. I’m glad I traveled to this specific one. Melissa was helpful and also took the time to make sure I got the best deal. Even down to the financing process, Carlos was professional and helpful. I highly recommend Nissan of Lebanon and will be a returning customer.

We live closer to the Wernersville Dealer however because Chris Bailey was so very kind and helpful, we went back to Lebanon.
Everyone always had a smile and a kind word and went out of their way to help and make sure you were comfortable

With the help of salesman Chris, I found the car I LOVE! Chris made the process easy, fast and efficient. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood everything. He is very personable easy to talk and overall a very nice person and salesman. If your looking for a car used or new, I HIGHLY recommend Moyer Nissan in Lebanon, and Chris is the man you must ask for, you will not regret it.

Pushy, Rude Car Salesman.
Zero Support after Purchase.
Disrespectful, Dismissive Staff
We purchased a Nissan Rogue and when we returned later the salesperson gave us a bunch of wrong information and treated us rudely. It seemed like after we purchased the vehicle they did not want to see us again.

Decently priced cars and reasonable trade in offers over Kelly blue book value! I did not trade my car in here, but, I got the highest offer out of any dealership in the PA/NY area. The manger and the sales people are very professional and nice as well.
