I placed an order online “to be picked up within 2 hours.” I didn’t need it promptly however I ordered online to ensure I was able to purchase the item needed as a gift. 4 hours later I received an email stating my order was no longer available and it was cancelled. So now I have a hold on my credit card and had to purchase the gift elsewhere. If the website cannot guarantee store delivery - then nothing should be done with the credit card until the order is actually filled. This would avoid any holds or refunds in the event that they take too long to fill the order and someone else purchases the item or their inventory is wrong.

Their scrapbooking section is very limited. Most of the sticker section was empty. ?♀️ Only a few packs scattered here and there. And the restrooms were absolutely filthy, and lacking in supplies.

Sign up for emails and become a rewards member, all free. You litrtally get reearded for every purchaser, plus % off in the emails. The app will kerp track of rewards and coupons, but sometimes the emails have a bettrt coupon.

Always super nice employees and helpful, the curbside pickup was something I took advantage of during the pandemic, usually didn’t have to wait very long either once I marked I was there.
