What a refreshing and wonderful experience! Wanted to repair or replace a cherished gold chain and not only was it repaired while I waited, (at 1/3 the cost quoted elsewhere) I left with money in my pocket for other items traded. Will definitely be working with Nicholas to create a custom piece in the near future. Thank you for the great conversation too! So pleased!

Exceeded my expectations to an extreme. Needed my wedding band dropped down a size, he told me it would be ready by the end of the day. Half hour later he called saying it’s already finished. WOW. Will definitely be returning for any jewelry needs. Can’t beat his price either. Don’t hesitate doing business here

If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable and down to earth, look no further. Great atmosphere, I didn’t feel like I was being hustled for my jewelry. I HIGHLY recommend going to him for repairs and letting go of old pieces.

Maxwell is the place to go, I would highly recommend him based off of my experience. He was excellent to deal with, and very professional. This store would be my first stop for anything jewelry related. It's always my preference to support small local businesses and this was a quality choice.

I needed to have some rings appraised and owner Nick was able to easily complete an appraisal report for each one, very thorough and professional. He also took time to help me examine jewelry from a family estate and establish value and fair trade in. Overall, I had a smooth and great experience and really appreciated Nick's professionalism and knowledge he was able to share with me about jewelry. All around great guy! The jewelry in the shop is stunning and so fascinating to learn that Nick makes much of his own jewelry. I would not hesitate to go to Maxwell and Co. again for any jewelry needs!

I stopped in this afternoon to get my ring resized. He had to bring it up from a 12 to a 14. It was a bit more than I expected, but he got it done in about an hour and did a fine job. My ring hasn't looked this good in years!
