My first experience here was disappointing due to significant delays and poor process management. Despite having a 12 PM appointment and being told the repair would take an hour and a half, I had to make four separate trips, ultimately waiting nearly six hours for my phone. The delays seemed to stem from prioritizing walk-ins over scheduled appointments.
That said, the two gentlemen working were professional and knowledgeable, but the broken processes overshadowed their efforts. I hope the management evaluates and improves their scheduling system to avoid frustrating experiences like this in the future.

My Apple Watch band was stuck and wouldn’t come out. Brought it here hoping they could get it out. 10 min later he came from the back with the watch and band separate!! Amazing customer service, would definitely recommend.

So I ended up not being able to actually do business with these guys, but I can tell you a lot about their character and knowledge. If you're running around with t mobile and Samsung I was sent here as they are can authorized Samsung repair center. Despite having an open ticket from Samsung, They knew the problem was not actually with the
phone And told me that the issue was with T-Mobile. They also refused to take any credit from the open ticket because they said it would affect my warranty. They ended up being spot on and t mobile ultimately had to replace a sim card. So while I didn't actually have a repair done by these guys I would definitely have to recommend based on my experience.

Went there about a week. With a broken screen my service tech Jerome was very polite helped me with everything I needed to get my phone fixed. I would recommend going to the store and ask for Jerome. His customer service was totally the best I've seen

I highly recommend this location for phone repair. I was a a little skeptical at a first but Brian was great, he put me at ease and assured me he would not let anything happen to my phone. Not only did Brian fix my issue in a timely manner while keeping me informed, but he also fixed another problem I’ve had for a while that I didn’t even tell him about. He went above and beyond my expectations for customer service.
