I got a call about several insufficient charges on my account due to an error on a card I had connected to the account. The person on the phone was not very kind. She said she could only return one of the many charges, and when I asked if there was someone else I could talk to, she said no, and that anyone else would be able to do nothing more than she already did. So I decided to call the customer service center myself, and the kind lady on the phone returned the rest of my insufficient funds charges. I love this bank, but I would really like transparency from this location. I am upset about the inconsistent information I received.

Customer service is spot on, team is outstanding, manager goes out of his way to assure 100% satisfaction with any/every transaction. Switched my business banking to Penn Community Bank and have absolutely ZERO regrets.

Penn Community is a true local bank for the community. Tim the branch manager is extremely helpful and has extensive knowledge in the banking industry. Penn Community sponsors many events for the local community and gives personalized service to community members, unlike the other big banks in the area. Proud to have Penn Community as part of the Bucks County business community.

Horrible services. Immediately felt like we were being profiled, took off Friday and was my relax day. So wasn't dressed the best. We go to the front explain how my wife has a $400 check and how we got this check and need to cash it. The bank teller said she can't cash her check she must sit an wait to speak to the other people who open you an Account as she's giving us very dirty looks since we've caught her attention. We waited 20 minutes. Growing impatient since it's really only a 400 check. (we didn't want to wait the 3-5 day to process with her own bank.) We went back to the teller who proceeded with dirty looks telling us we had to wait and couldn't give an explanation other than policy? So what does your policy state? No answer. We chose to leave. Idk if they are attempting to obtain certain information to sell like most other companies or what. But no explanation.feeling discriminated and profiled due to dirty looks cause I'm lower class??? Shame on you and the bank for allowing such actions from bank tellers. Also I'm quite interested in a detailed explanation of such policies.

I decided to refinance my house because rates were so good. Penn community had the best rate for me so I decided to try them. Everything was great in the beginning and I paid my fees and paid for appraisal. Then after weeks of waiting I am informed that I don't qualify for a 15 yr mortgage. Annoying why didn't they tell me from the start. So we start over for a 30 yr which women said is easy for me to get. I'm going for a small mortgage compared to what my house is worth. After 4 months of them playing around I get turned down for my tiny mortgage and they won't call me back when I try to find out how this can be. Horrible bank and rude people that won't return your calls. Don't use them!!!

it took the service staff 92 minutes to open my account and ended up spelling my name wrong on the computer
