Won’t return as a customer. Employee was extremely rude and disrespectful when asked a basic question by my little brother when we were looking for something. Will be filling a complaint to management and corporate. For a dying company you would think they would treat potential customers better.

Employees are jerks. Refused to return new unopened produce because I didn’t have a receipt and the item was a gift. Again it was brand new unopened in box and I wanted to exchange it for one that was more expensive.

Worst GameStop I have ever been too! The staff was rude and took customers that weren't in line and checked them out before those who were patiently waiting their turn for over 10 minutes! When asked questions, they had no knowledge of what they were doing. And might I add a little hygiene goes a long way too!

Went in and asked about a few popular titles, one having been released a few months ago, and nothing was in stock. The rep from the store was short with words and impersonal in helping us. We asked some simple questions about a live service and we got short, uninterested attitude answers. My advice is find another gamestop, or buy from Walmart across the lane. Ignorance and unavailability is all this waste of a store has.

All the reps were very nice. Especially so with my return(although I did make sure to call first and bring everything I needed). Gaming is slowly dying as a physical entity, and I'm glad gamestop is switching more to a hobby and collectible store. It gives them the ability to hit the same market even though the customers aren't coming in for video games as much anymore.
