The store hours are advertised that they are open till 9pm but during the weekends they turn off all the open sign and shut the door by 8.30pm intentionally not wanting to serve customers. Why open the store at all, if not able to serve the customers?

Lobby is closed.drive thru only but it's touch screen.they can't get workers cuz they're too lazy. It's a sad state of our nation.
