I came into the store about a week ago and had a great experience!! I dealt with a young lady named Shakira she was very nice showed me different phones and sold me the best Galaxy in store!!! Highly recommend! She made me feel so welcomed! The last girl was so horrible and always talking about her problems! I will be returning!!!!

I called to ask if they did screen repairs. She said NAW. I then asked if a parent metro place fox it. She said NAW I don't mess with other stores around me. Just her tone and her in proper use of the english language was enough to not get it fixed there if they did. I'm a customer of over 4 years. They won't ever get my business despite me only living a half mile away.

Don't even bother going to this location .. went there to get two phones connected to my Metro service I already had. The two woman working were so unhelpful and "attempted" to hook both of the phones up but "couldn't" She wouldn't even look at me or the person I was with when asking her questions. Slouched over the counter with her hand on her chin holding her head up the whole time, just straight up unprofessional. I worked in Customer Service my whole life, so I know how a customer should be treated. Ended up just going to the Claymont, DE Metro store and the man working there had no problem setting both of the phones up.

While I didn't know how to port a phone over to another service provider the csr at this store could have told me she was texting her manager her questions. I perceived it as her texting who never. Then while we were getting the old phone info for her she was playing inappropriate music in a professional atmosphere. Had a personal conversation that could have waited until the store was empty. A couple came in for help. She actually came from behind the counter to help them. Dressed in jeans and sneakers. Not professional at all. Then while she was "waiting on them" she was slumped over and had her hand under her chin on the counter. I would be hard pressed to come back here to this metro store. Very unprofessional.
