I followed Esther (The branch manager) and Amber , her assistant over from Susquehanna/BB&T , so I already thought the world of them . Changing banks is stressful , but Esther and her staff made it painless and are always pleasant and helpful .

We are very happy with this bank! They helped us to get out of a bad HELOC loan with Fulton bank. We were paying an extremely high interest rate on the loan, asked constantly why this was (We both have a great credit history) and no one could or would take the time to find out why. After several attempts for some answers and a sit-down with the bank mgr. we found out that the bank had written up the loan with an 81/20 ratio, automatically putting us at a much higher interest rate. This is how they reward people who are responsible and have a high credit score at Fulton. Searching for a new bank and someone to help us, I wandered into the new JBT in Lititz. There I was greeted by Andrew at the door and by Esther Keyser the branch manager. I told her a little bit about our dilemma and she immediately offered to sit down with us and see if they could help. Long story short....they paid off the Fulton HELOC and we now have a new HELOC with JBT at a MUCH lower rate. From day one the people here were friendly and helpful. We will stick with a smaller, hometown bank whose objective is to actually help people! A special shout-out to Amber Beyer who has helped us to set up a business account as well. How she mixes great business sense with all that sweetness is simply amazing. We love this bank!!!

Love JBT. I've been to 3 different branches over the past two years with no problems. The staff in Lititz has been nothing but pleasant and helpful from the day they opened.
