They seem to be more knowledgeable than where I bought my truck at Northpointe in Seneca, PA, which is why I switched to their service department.I took my truck in for an oil change. They asked if I wanted the tires rotated while I was there. I said yes. For 50 years I and everyone else I've talked to, has always known that tire balancing goes hand-in-hand with tire rotations. Esp from moving the rear tires to the front on a pick up truck.After the oil change and tire rotation, I got on the interstate and the truck started shaking before I even reached 55mph.When I got home I looked at my receipt and only saw the oil change and tire rotation. So then I thought they just included it with the tire rotation as some places do. But when I called the service department, they assured me that they did not balance the tires and that it is something that the customer has to request to have done. First of all, not every motorist knows much more than how to put gas and oil into their vehicle. It's not common sense unless you know enough about vehicles, to know you have to balance them before putting them back on the vehicle if they're used tires or moved from one position to another on the vehicle. My question is why they don't ask customers ahead of time instead of after they are done and the customer drives down the interstate? They make you come back and charge you all over again.The service department had to schedule another appointment for me to go in and sit for an hour to have the front tires balanced. When I was scheduling that appointment on the phone, I asked if there was going to be a charge and they said it would be $50. I told them that was ridiculous and they should've been balanced when they were off or at the very least they should ask me if they want them balanced, if it wasn't automatically included. At that point they said they would only charge me $10.95 to bring the truck back in for the front tire balancing. When I got there and had the work done, they tried to charge me the $50. So they had to get that straightened out first before I could be done and on my way.This is my first service visit to Griffin Motors so we will see how they do from here on out. They were friendly and knowledgeable, which is a must for me. But anyone is better than the place where I originally bought my truck, hands down.

Greg Davis was my salesman. He went out of his way to find the vehicle I was looking for & made the buying process smooth & easy. No pressure from sales or finance manager. Very friendly. This is our 2nd vehicle purchase here & we will continue to come here. My husband has been bringing his new Sportage here for service & has never had any issues. Highly recomend this dealership.

Greg is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The guy is a pleasure to work with and made the whole process seamless. Very far from friendly here, from service to sales. Walked the lot of the few cars they had for quite awhile while i was waiting for my recall to be done, no one ever came out to help me. Went back inside, tried to apply for a vehicle was told they would come get me once they did the paperwork. After a little bit the finance guy told me he was then going to check with the salesmen to see what they had in a little lower price range, so that i wouldnt need to have a cosigner and would get back to me. So before I left I checked back but no salespeople were around, I was told by the receptionist "they were all at lunch, and someone would call me", so I left, still have not heard back 4 days later. The service advisor was rude and acted like what they did to my vehicle was some kind of secret. The car now has a rough idle that was not there before, she told me "it's because of the update they did"(makes no sense) I have worked for many dealerships, and been to many as a customer and have never seen such poor customer service from a car dealer, espically at the end of the month. Do not recommend and will be looking elsewhere
