Not only worse car insurance company but worse company ever dealt with. Raised my insurance $40 a month for just calling and giving my new address that was only 10 miles down the road and then when I called and canceled they were rude and never even asked me why I was canceling. And on top of that they refused to cancel my policy. I had to call my bank to stop doing business with them.

I have had a terrible time even connecting with my claim let alone an entire year later I cannot get my claims adjuster to answer the phone. I’m calling their boss on Monday. Once again was told she would call by Friday and she did not

Unprofessional staff. Nobody ever answers the phone. I'm always leaving messages and nobody calls back. Been working on a claim for several weeks now and not getting anywhere. Beyond unsatisfied with this company. I would not recommend anyone do business with these people.

If you have Erie homeowners insurance drop them before they drop you. You've been warned.Rob Holder the adjuster is Satans SecretaryIt's now been almost 6 months since I made a claim, he hasn't paid out, every bill from storage, to getting the repair fixed which is covered has been a battle.Hire a private insurance adjuster for yourself. It's been a nightmare. I cant stress enough, especially if you are a single women

So we have been clients of these guys for over 10 years and they neglected to let me know they dropped my auto coverage at all. Had to find out from the bank. Two accidents in three years apparently thy dont want my money or business. I find it very unprofessional that neither my local office nor the national office would be able to contact me send me a registered or certified letter even a phone call or an email but no all they tell me is they mailed me a regular old letter that they can legally prove they mailed so they are legally let out of any wrongdoing but if you ask me that is not the way business should be done I would not recommend this insurance company get anyone for anything and I will also be canceling my homeowners policy and requesting that my in-laws also cancel and move their policy as well due to these hinderances. Furthermore i would also not recommend them due to the fact i called the office of the president of Erie and spoke to a woman names Karen Miller. Even if you give this woman honey she will return the favor with vinegar. I found her to be no help and I found that me contacting the office of the president was a complete waste of time. I am just in so much shock that they would allow me to drive my vehicles without car insurance for almost a month and not notify me at all we live in an age of technology for god sake’s use it. I usually don’t take the time to do an online review but this company has angered me so much and screwed me around with my wife and I and that I want to warn people to not have the same thing happened to me. Currently my wife is 10 weeks pregnant and we do not need this stress that this Erie insurance company has caused us so beware and if you have direct questions please contact me I welcome it

Horrible experience. Car totalled and took forever to get forms from this office,the prosses was slow and painful. Will be calling my agent to start shopling6for new policy with different company right away.
