Absolutely beautiful work. Bill is so good at what he does. We have had several pieces done here. Have a piece there again. Super nice guy, very knowledgeable. Just love his work. Highly recommend them.

Rarely give 1stars...sad.I brought 4 chairs that needed a small section of caning replaced; 1 chair had a broken leg; 1 chair had a cross piece that needed to be reaffixed to chair.We brought 1 piece into the shop for him to measure and give an estimate. The estimate was $1,100 for 4 chairs (no refinishing work just caning and fix broken stuff). I asked why so high and he mentioned that the material costs had gone up. Then I asked about another option of just fixing the legs. He then told me he didn't want the project turned around without another word and just left me there in his office. Rude - I would have been fine with sorry I can't do this project right now...Moral of story: Perhaps they do good work (I'll never know) but the estimate and whether they want to take your project or even consider other options is highly debatable.$$$$

This company was recommended to me by a furniture store. I love this end table and it's very functional but the color just wasn't cutting it anymore. I picked out a color that went with artwork I have and it turned out beautiful. I fell in love with this piece of furniture again! Thanks Bill!!

Bill is great. I had recently bought a dresser that was unique gray color. After just a few weeks of having it, acetone was spilled on the top and destroyed it. It came with a higher end bedroom set and I really wanted to get it fixed. Called several people and nobody wanted to even attempt to fix it and said it was easier to just buy a new one. However Bill was very honest with me and willing to try to fix it. He did an amazing job. You wouldn’t ever realize it was damaged. I highly recommend.

Moffitt-Smith did an incredible job repairing and restoring a rocking chair and wine rack for my wife and I. One of the rockers broke off the chair during a party, but now you can't even tell it was broke. To say the wine rack was in shambles would be an understatement, but they were able to restore it to its original beauty. Once everything was put back together, they stained it and made it appear unaltered. I would HIGHLY recommend these folks. Thank you for your work!!!
