I’ve gone to Team 1 Auto Group several times in the past year. Once for an oil change and now for a car inspection. When I called for an appointment, they fit me right in right away. In fact, Jason, the owner, gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off. Their prices were amazing and Service was fantastic. I highly recommend Team 1 Auto Group.

I went in for an inspection and oil change. My 2016 Legacy is over 100,000 miles now, so I expected something to come up.
As a woman, I've felt pressured and swindled by dealerships and mechanics in the past. Not here. Aaron and Ronnie were great. They took the time to explain everything to me, including physically showing me my current brakes and explaining why I needed them to be replaced. I didn't ask, they just did it. I really appreciated them taking the time to talk me through everything we were doing. They were respectful, prompt, gave accurate time-frame estimates, and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them if you need service.
Disclaimer: It's a small shop so parking can be tough. Also, please be patient. There's only one check in station, so you may have to wait a moment. They were worth the wait. ?♀️

These guys are absolutely amazing. From out of state and had to pull off the highway and find a place quick and these guys were able to squeeze us in and send us on our way. Our literal life savers, cannot recommend them enough!

Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Appointment was timely and I was dealt with professionally. Areas for improvement: 1) was not told when making the appointment about fee for using credit card 2) codes were not removed from dash 3) had to out air in my tires after leaving the shop 4) code stated to check air and cabin filters but wasn’t offered that service

My experience was great. Friendly staff.Went for an oil change and tire rotation, they inspect my vehicle and suggested some maintenance work which needs to be done immediately. Also flexible on scheduling appointments. They will listen to you. I will be back for my next service

First time coming here after looking through reviews. This place is going to be my NEW spot for everything. These guys are awesome and very welcoming and friendly. Will highly recommend to everyone. They got me in the next day for an inspection and got it done first thing that morning. Thanks for everything guys you rock!!!

Routine oil change, etc... and they also found air filters that needed to be changed. Called us first before doing anything. My vehicle was ready exactly when they said it would be! Really terrific customer service.
