Been going to this store off and on for the past 10 years. Have always had great service until my last visit. Went to activate a new line for a temporary visit. Not only was I given wrong information from the sales associate, but later received letters in the mail informing me of the new addition of a Protect Advantage Plan, which we certainly did not ask for. I assume the employees of this store get some sort of compensation in the form of commissions. I understand the benefit of motivating employees, but this was obviously fraud on their part. They added Protect Advantage plan for 5 phone lines, when we only have 3 lines active on the account. Luckily AT&T compensated me for this obvious scam on part of this employee, but still it was a frustrating experience. Next time I will be sure to get the name and ID number of the person attending me to avoid any further incidents such as this. Hopefully ownership of this AT&T dealer looks into this.

I am still unsure of these bricks and motor shops. With any issues I ever had, I was recommended dialing 611. The only thing they do is, delivering a sim. ATT can replace these shops with a Vending machine to ease customer experience

I should say, my experience stopped at the front door. I am helping my sister with problems on her AT&T phone and roll up to the store across the street. Google says it's open until 8pm. I arrive at 6:05pm, and am greeted by a hand written sign that says "on break back at 7"I'm all about staff having breaks, work life balance, etc. But an hour long break ending an hour before you close is... not cool? If you need to eat dinner, smoke a cigarette, make a phone call, okay, but set aside a smaller time frame to do so with just an hour to two hours left until the store closed. You could have had a sale from me, and confidence in the brand.

My experience from the moment walked into the Granite Run mall AT@T was outstanding multiple reps in the store helped me and my wife with our questions whick alliwed us to find the best way for me to get the best deal Which allowed me to make a final choice and I bought the phone most suited for Me, thank you staff
