No cars for almost a week. Horrible customer service. Hertz handled everything same day after 5 days of waiting for every Enterprise in Delaware County, PA.

We were in need to rent a car for 30 days and our insurance company said they were affiliated with Enterprise and would pay the bill for this time frame. We were picked up at our house on time but as soon as we got in the car and started back to their office I noticed the engine was hesitating badly, to the point where the car almost stalled out on numerous occasions. This was so severe that in my opinion, was a clear and present danger to our safety. When I asked the driver (Enterprise Rep) about this she insulted us by saying, " I didn't notice anything". She clearly did unless she was either brain dead or she was, how can I say this diplomatically, misleading us. We get back to the office, take care of the paperwork when she says that she would show us to our car. I couldn't believe it when she showed us to the same car!I asked for a another car and she stated that there weren't any others. She also said that we could call back the next day to request another. So, then I asked her about some of the most basic features of the car but she was unable to answer any of them. I suggested she look in the glove box for the manual, but you guessed it......no manual. She then proceeds to go on You Tube to find the answers, but after ten minutes with no results at all, I said forget it. On the way home, the car actually stalled out two times. The next day I requested another car which they provided and it was just fine, as the first one should have been too. Also, when we did the inspection of the car before we left I noticed multiple scratches etc. that she just glossed over. A week later after we turned in the car they billed us $20 with no explanation whatsoever what the charge was for. When I called the office I was told the charge was for tolls? I NEVER went through any tolls in the 30 days I had the car. The part that angered me the most was she absolutely refused to get to the bottom of this and told me I had to call a third party to dispute this. Also, when I questioned her on this and by the way, in a polite manner, she got rude with me for daring to question her authority. I know customer service is dead in today's world and this was confirmed by Enterprise. Needless to say, I will never use them again and perhaps you should take this into consideration before you do business with them. Most of this is pure fact with a small part being my opinion but anyway you want to look at my experience with Enterprise, it wasn't good.

Best car-renting experience I've ever had. I don't rent often and I didn't really know what to ask for. They got me set up with the perfect car, including a last minute change to the vehicle class when I realized I needed a larger vehicle. Couldn't have worked out better!

Enterprise in Media on Baltimore Pike is the best experience I’ve had with renting a car. The staff are very polite, happy to help and knowledgeable. They have made my experience needing a rental car after my car accident so much less stressful for me. I will definitely go back if I need a rental car in the future

They started this meaningless automated Q&A even when you call the local number. It’s pointless to the customer. I know its about routing calls which helps them be more efficient, but that doesn’t make it an effective strategy when the customer hates it. Also, why can’t a rent from Media and drop at the airport?

Had a rental vehicle back in 2014. Did not take their insurance. We were involved in 2 accidents leaving AC which were not at fault. Our insurance and the other insurance had got the vehicle fixed and yet enterprise wanted us to pay their deductible even tho we were not using their insurance. They have put us on a DNR list which we just found out about. And have been no help when calling customer service have been told its due to risk management from the branch that i need to speak to. Playing point the finger at other departments.

This is by far the worst experience while renting a car. The younger black girl with the braids looked at me for some time as if she was looking for a fight. We had words back and forth in front of the branch manager Zoie Senn. She did nothing to de-escalate the situation. Eventually, when I asked to speak to her boss, she didn’t give me the contact information, was nasty and unprofessional, and then refused to let me exchange rental cars after previously telling me I could.I went outside to remove my things from the car I had. She came outside and asked me to talk to her about what happened and said she would give me the contact information to her superior and agreed to let me exchange the car. When I told her part of the story and mentioned I was still going over her head to report what happened, she retracted the offer, refused to let me exchange cars, and declined to give the contact information to her superior.The branch manager’s name is Zoie Senn, she was being petty and as unprofessional as the come.Horrible experience.

The lady who cleans the cars acted as if she wanted to fight me, and the branch manager, Zoie Senn was extremely unprofessional with how she addressed the problem. I would not recommend doing business with them.
