Dennis is awesome! He definitely made this car buying experience a breeze. The absolute best dealer to take your car to. Very kind people, amazing communication, and 5 star service. They get their work done fast and do it well. Kept me updated the entire time they had my car and I never felt out of the loop with what was going on. The service reps I dealt with truly want the best for their customers and are honest. They don’t try to get over on customers for service that’s not needed unlike other dealers I’ve dealt with. Granite Run always gives me great deals and I will continue to return for future work. Great place. Our salesman Spiro was absolutely fantastic! Everyone we encountered at this dealership was friendly, informative (without being too pushy), and understanding. Would highly recommend this dealership, especially Spiro. They are all on my holiday cookie tray list now:)

I never feel like I can trust these people--any of them. They lie to your face. They move slow. They have attitudes that are highly unpleasant for the car business. They are shadey! I bought my car here but I won't be going back. They say they are doing things that they don't do when you take it in for service. The turnover of service managers is stunning.

Recently bought a Canyon and had very good experience at Granite Run GMC. Was expecting a bad experience based on past experiences buying a new car at other dealerships. But that wasn’t the case here. Sales rep Spiro help us get the truck we wanted and he was easy to work with. Spiro was honest and upfront with my wife and me and that meant a lot to us. I left the dealership with my new truck feeling good and not beat up trying to get a fair price like I had in past at other dealerships. Thanks Spiro

Spiro was fantastic, he was friendly, professional and was able to find me the perfect car. Everyone was courteous and nice. While I was waiting for the paperwork to be finalized, I kept meeting people that had been using that dealership for years and were happy to come back, I thought that was a great sign. Will definitely recommend it.

I recently purchased a hard to find 2023 Yukon Denali Ultimate at Granite Run GMC. This was my first experience purchasing a brand new car. As a typically intimidated female buyer, I was warmly guided and comfortably brought through this process lead by sales associate, Spiro, sales manager Jorge, and business manager, Michelle. Salesman Dave was extra patient with me, and helpful as we set up the tech portion required for this high tech vehicle via the GMC app. Special thanks to Spiro for making this a fun and exciting process for me! It felt like I was being walked through this with an old friend, instead of a car salesman :)This is the second family vehicle that we’ve purchased there, and based on the excellent service received, will not be the last. Thank you GR GMC team!

Welp, let's start with my 9 month old Sierra had to be towed here. Then came the lack of communication from my advisor BRANDON. After 3 days of not hearing about why my new truck had just suddenly shut off and wouldn't start, I called to get an update. After calls with no return call from my advisor BRANDON, I finally got a return call and was told of an issue they thought it was and they had no idea how to remedy the issue. GREAT!!! 3 more days go by without a peep from my advisor about an update. So here I go again trying to call. Called and left a message for my advisor, BRANDON. Guess what? No return call. So I try again the next day, finally I talk to BRANDON. I was told that they found the problem and they were trying to mitigate the issue and hoped my truck would be done by end of day. 3:30 I get a call from my advisor, BRANDON. He tells me that they fixed the problem and that I had a balance. EXCUSE ME, THIS IS UNDER WARRANTY!!! BRANDON advises me that my oil life was at 0% so they completed an oil change and rotated my tires. I tell him there's no way, you guys just did an oil change. He responds with well you were at 0% oil life. As I look at my onstar/GMC app and I read it to BRANDON, it's at 38% oil life. BRANDON says that's impossible it should say 100% we just changed it. I respond with when did you call me to get authorization to complete maintenance on my truck? This is when BRANDON changes his attitude. BRANDON turned into a rude person with a hell of an attitude. He asks if I'm insinuating that he did something wrong. I said I'm telling you that you did something wrong. He continued to be rude so I asked to speak with his manager. Fast forward to Mike. Mike calls me and says I listened to the phone call between you and BRANDON and he immediately apologized. He then tells me that after some research and talking to his technician that worked on my truck, the oil wasn't ever changed and the tires weren't rotated. I continued to tell me that he checked Onstar and I was indeed correct that my oil life was at 38%. He again continued to apologize for BRANDON'S incompetence. Mike, I thank you for being a good person but I'd rather drive an hour out of my way then to have to deal with BRANDON again. If you read the reviews on here about this dealership you will see bad reviews about BRANDON. THEY'RE ALL TRUE. I truly can't believe he's still employed at this dealership. Thank you again MikeBRANDON, you shouldn't even have a job cleaning the toilets.

Thank you, Granite Run GMC! What I experienced from top to bottom was incredible. George found me the vehicle, Dave made the paperwork seamless, and Cat in service went out of her way to ensure I was satisfied. Even the owner, Ryan, sent a personal text and made a phone call to ensure my satisfaction. On top of all that, I shopped for pricing online and couldn't find a better deal. They even followed me home to deliver the car – absolutely incredible. If there were 10 stars, they would get 11. Thank you, Ryan, and all the staff at Granite Run GMC!

I was having issues with my car and I am very happy with my experience! Especially Kat! What a wonderful person inside and out. She is constantly busy and hardworking and made sure everything was handled for me. The little play area for the kids definitely came in handy as I have two young children. After two visits to the service department, the staff was unable to repair our car. The team told us to call another dealer for help and that was it. No other assistance. Additionally, we were there for a leaky sunroof. We called with concerns about possible rain in the forecast and the service agent said there’s no rain expected. It happened to rain over night and the next day. We called again the next day to ask if they could move the car under cover or cover the roof with a tarp as it was currently raining. It was moved. But not before water leaked into the car as it was visible on the floor mats when I picked up the car. The bottom line is that the team was not helpful at all and we will not be returning due to poor customer service.

I feel like the dealership damaged myVehicle when they were repairing something else and left me to fix the problem. They were interested in buying my car and tried to cover up the damage with having me buy a new car. When I wasn’t interested there was very little assistance with getting the problem fixed. GMC at Granite Run deserves a perfect score of 10 out of 10. Brandon, the Senior Service Advisor, went above and beyond to assist me in resolving a persistent issue with my car. Initially, I had taken it to a local shop without success.Despite a minor glitch in the online appointment system, Brandon promptly addressed the situation and ensured my car was taken care of. He attentively listened to all my concerns, displaying great empathy throughout the entire process.In addition, Brandon went the extra mile by arranging a complimentary shuttle service to take me home, even though my house was outside the designated 15-mile radius. The driver Angel was very polite and direct in his driving route back to my place which was very convenient.To make a long story short, they had my car for three business days and successfully diagnosed and fixed a complicated wiring issue. The labor and pricing were extremely fair and could even be considered an excellent deal.Additionally, they programmed a new key for me. As someone who used to exclusively rely on local shops, I have now found a trusted place to bring any future car issues to GMC. I highly Recommend this location. Thank you!
