Yes, yes, yes! One of my favorite things is getting a bunch of different things and having a few bites of it all and a tapas place really lets you do that! After quickly getting seated we were greeted by the sweetest and most energetic server! She was really helpful with navigating the menu and stopped us from over-ordering.We tried some of their more popular dishes like the corn tostada. Roasted corn that was cold and topped on a crispy tostada with basil and parsley. It was light, refreshing and delicious! The hot brie with apricot compote, roasted garlic, roasted pepitas and sage was a favorite of the night. It was served with crunchy pieces of toast. The crunchy toast, the gooey cheese, the sweet compote and savory garlic was incredible! The cod churros were really fun-our server described it best when she said, "they're adult fish sticks." They totally were in the best way-fluffy inside and crunchy outside. Yum!For our "main" we shared a salmon belly sandwich. She warned us of spice, but it was not spicy despite the kimchi and jalapeños. It did have great flavor and the chicano rub on the salmon added a great flavor! We obviously had to have dessert too at this point...I mean everything else was so good! I picked the coconut white chocolate bread pudding which came with sesame seeds and salted caramel ice-cream. It had crunchy caramelized sides and soft gooey insides. The hot, the cold-it all mingled together and were the best of friends.I would love to come back here and try more things and if you haven't already been, you need to just do it! Trust me!
