Bought an x330 garden tractor . Rick the salesman couldn’t have been any better . He answered all my questions . Brought up things I hadn’t thought to ask . I don’t remember the mans name that delivered the tractor but he was just as helpful . I highly recommend this dealership.

It's a deere dealership. There's a lot of nice equipment here. Prices are very on point if not better than other deere dealers.

Deere country has a monopoly on John Deere parts and service and it shows when you go in there. Seems like people kind of hate their jobs. You'll get your parts and stuff fixed (eventually) but I could do without the second hand depression.

Called for tilt cylinder rod gland re- seal kit for John Deere 755 (70a FEL) told 10 in stock. The kit they sold me was for 1.5” bore and I needed 1.75” kit. Customer support was terrible, ignorant, and has no clear communication. A total of 3 hours of spent wasted. The gentleman at the front desk explained that he’s not a technician and that original kit does both 1.5” &1.75”bores they wouldn’t even credit me the 12.00$ difference for the correct seal kit. I felt very uncomfortable dealing with Deere country in reamstown, Pa and if interested recommend doing business elsewhere or online. Know I have a useless tractor and can’t plow my kind driveway.
