Extremely clean facility with the kindest staff, on my second day here I took a spin class with Liz and she went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered about the facility following her awesome class. Looking forward to a much better year of health and wellness for my family and I at this wonderful gym!

Very clean and organized. Great atmosphere employees are very kind and welcoming , the gym is very inspiring with their motivational sayings all over the gym , they even have a phrase of the week !

My army buddy and I went to to YMCA to see what sort military friendly packages they offered.The front desk lady looked like a deer in head lights when we walked in. The manager lady came out after we were left to standing there and we walked over that way to see what was going on. The manager lady had no idea of any information to give us and was out of breath after one sentence while in a defensive posture.Since I am avid gym person and visiting my battle after being deployed together and have gym membership back home. I asked if they had a week pass to use and check out the facilities. The manager lady immediately shot us down and said we dont do that here. The experience felt rude and awkward.My battle buddy an I both have been a part of other YMCAs and have never been so disrespectfully approached with animosity.To be clear we came to the YMCA because of the YMCAs past respect for military and their families. That did not happen today. Needless to say we are disappointed.

Having not yet used the steam room, my only concern is wondering if they do mold remediation in the dry sauna because I see a rug under the wood pallet and black color on the floor so hoping it is not harmful mold. The sauna needs to be be regularly sanitized to prevent mold growth because the conditions in the sauna (hot and sweat dripping) are IDEAL to promote mold growth.

Grandchildren wanted to go to the demon house. The ymca let the shuttle pick up visitors in the parking lot and took them to the haunted site. Nice for this ymca to have a safe place to wait for shuttle.

The female Alison is completely rude and disrespectful to clients. The fact that they have her as the first face you see upon entertaining is questionable at best. The other office staff were kind and helpful. Place going down fast. I won't go back.

Went for walk through and decided to get the family membership. I wanted to pay for a year with a check. Woman said to void the check and then told me I could only pay monthly with a voided check. I decided to leave without the membership because I don't trust them with my account information after this interaction. She didn't seem to care either way.
