“Went to the home depot yesterday, even had an appointment with their kitchen staff. Not one single person helped me, when I asked an employee if they could help me they said "depends."I have been to this do it best, probably, every day this last week and do not have a hard time finding an employee willing to help, most of them just acknowledge me as I walk around and ask if they can help me.While, the prices are higher than the big box stores, I am definitely happy to shop here because I feel valued as a customer AND I'm not wasting my time searching for products w/o assistance.The ambridge do it best has earned a loyal customer!Edit: I am also obsessed with all the "wanted" posters around the store of people that have shop lifted! Even had an in depth convo with an employee about how one woman looked so different in each of her photos that I did not think they were the same person!Also, pickles are incredible here (same brand the taphouse uses for their fried pickles!) And I got some of THEE BEST smoked salt here! Love that I can just buy products from other local small businesses while I am here!”

“It's almost exactly like Home Depot, except not! It's been a very long time since I've been into a Lowe's - I really don't remember when. It's even possible I've never been in one. Who knows! Given the oppressive nature of Home Depot and its depressed and unhelpful employees and inability to find most anything there, my expectations weren't high. However, and having made the foolish mistake of going on busy Sunday afternoon, I found parking easily, also found the items I was looking for easily enough - I did ask for help, and the dude was really pleasant - he wasn't 100% sure, but did come back to check on me in line, which was a real surprise. Used self checkout, and got out of the store without and grief, despite the throngs inside. My only complaint would that the displays are a bit too "busy", which is overwhelming, but otherwise, well done.”

“Wanted to write a review because I'm a wimp and was nervous about going here alone. It's a nice little store that they managed to get a lot of products into. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Not to mention the prices(for what I needed) were amazing. I purchased cement colouring that is $18 everywhere else and only $8 here for the same brand and size. I'll definitely come back!Also the parking lot seems to be closed for now so you just park along the side. Maybe it's about to be repaved.”

“The staff was both friendly and helpful. I was asked by multiple sales staff if I needed help. They were pretty knowledgeable about their inventory and helped me find what I was looking for. The store also has a fair amount of inventory and it's hard to imagine them not having what you need. Lumber is expensive here, as with most companies/stores like this. It's ok for one piece, but you may want to look elsewhere for your lumber needs.”

“We have a PM-1440GT and a PM-936TV that we use daily, and it has been a fantastic machine. We did have a problem with a motor capacitor that had gone bad on a Friday, and had jobs lined up to finish that weekend. The one girl who works in sales (************ believe?) went out of her way to ship this part to us after hours, and we had it the next morning so we were able to finish up our jobs. Every once in a while when we call, the person on the phone doesn't seem to be as knowledgeable as some, but we always get to a person who really knows the product they make. I do recommend them, and we will be ordering the same lathe and mill for our new location as soon as it opens. ”

“Wonderful, overall experience, especially since this was my first experience. A friend recommended them, and I’m glad he did. I began working with one of the associates, who explained everything about the company’s services in full detail and was willing to work with me and the equipment I needed, despite it being a smaller order. When the gentleman left the company, another associate took over my account and honored the contract I had in place, even though I later found out, it was not the correct amount that should have been charged. Upon pick-up, Jeff and Greg were both knowledgeable and great in answering all of my questions and explaining how I can do preventative maintenance on the equipment, to keep everything in top condition. I would definitely recommend this company and will be looking forward to working with them in the future.”
