Prescriptions get lost, forgotten, stuck in a cycle or “preparing” and then suddenly they don’t have any. Says they’ll redo it and it’ll be good in a few day. Wash, rinse, repeat. Each month they suddenly lose a note that tells THEM to order one medication early to have it filled in time; each month it’s forgotten. Serious overhaul is in need.

They’re terrible. It’s always a very long wait. I waited 30 mins today after she said 10 mins and then 30 mins later she told me they actually have to order it because they don’t have it. Unbelievable!

BEWARE! Stay away from this pharmacy! “Jimbo” who was working on 2/29/24 had me on hold for over an hour. He then put me on hold again and then hung up on me. Rude and no empathy for patiently waiting customers. If you don’t have staff, then CLOSE the pharmacy or learn customer service!!! You all should be ashamed of yourselves to run a pharmacy this way. Disgusting and disgraceful.

After having a routine surgery at the oral surgeon I was refused my medication that was prescribed by my doctor who was aware of my medical history. I was also berated in front of other customers while in excruciating pain. If you're not a doctor and are completely oblivious to someone's medical history, you shouldn't make your own conclusions. I wouldn't come back here if my medications were paid for life. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The staff members are overworked and absolutely miserable and the pharmacist is the nastiest old man I've ever met. Do yourself a favor and go to Rite Aid in Shamokin, highly recommend!

Pharmacy hours are not correct on this site. The pharmacy is 9-5 Sun- Fri and 9-6 on Sat. I drove down there for a very important prescription and found out these new hours that are not posted online but are put on a sign on the door.

By far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Over a year of being out of stock, Rx's not being filled on time, rude staff, who I've heard talking about their customers while working, and now they close for lunch. I'll be going elsewhere, somewhere more reliable and friendly!

They’re usually good with refills and whatever else I need but on more than one occasion have I gotten the run around when a doctor calls in a new medication. Somehow it bypasses the CVS system and they “never” get it even when my docs office gives me the exact time and date they accepted the request.. I love the workers, they’re friendly and wanting to help but boy am I glad I’m not an elderly person using CVS. I’m glad I can actually afford to run through the hoops thrown at me by CVS.

Wonderful place if you want to hear the pharmacy employees badmouth those who they don't agree with politically. Save it for your home, my family doesn't want to hear it.
