Buyer beware!! Ordered two bows and accessories and after over a MONTH they were still not shipped. Customer service gave all sorts of excuses as to why. Tried cancelling the order, twice, and was told the order would be shipped immediately. Waited another week and nothing so tried to cancel the order again and finally got an email that same day saying the order shipped. Got the bows and one of them is missing all the screws needed to be it together. Quality of arm quards is a joke--bent and made with cheap fabric and thin velcro that is all smashed and bent and scratches my arm. Tried calling customer service twice now and have been immediately put on hold and when asked if I want to leave a message it says their mailbox is full. Will never purchase another thing from this company-- they are a scam.
