Went there to have two Amazon tires installed on back of 07 taurus. They said all 4 were SHOT. (1 back on was 'shot'... other 3 were low on tread, but not bare). Tried to get me to buy 2 more... I had to ask them to please just do the service I wanted. They did, and were very nice. But the free inspection was completely bogus. Said I needed all new rotors and brakes and rockers. I literally put 2 rotors and new pads on the front 3 hours before I drove over there. Rockers were replaced in full in Jan (6.mos ago). Also, they didn't rotate the tires, like I asked. Acted like it was a safety issue or something. Bottom line, this place will run game on you to get you to pay for more work. Avoid.

I Had my new 23 Suburban for oil and wheel rotation. Fact: If it wasn’t for Brandon, I’d be going elsewhere! He goes above and beyond and is by far the best Assistant manager this location has had since Mark, god bless his soul, he was exceptional at satisfying, we the customer! Brandon is superb and has the customers best interest always! He is a straight up honest guy and a huge asset for Pep Boys along with JK! Thank you, for all you do for me and my wife! I highly recommend them for your next service!

I had a great first experience at this location. My car was repaired promptly, and Brandon kept me updated as to the status of the car and costs throughout the time they had the car. He was great and I’ll definitely be back to the Murrysville location!

Called Pep Boys in Murrysville about a tire that needed patched. They fit me in right away. And patched my tire with in 15 minutes. I met Brandon that day and he was so helpful and respectful. He helped me so much! Thank you Pep Boys!

Went In for an oil change and had the best service. I can’t say enough about how friendly and amazing Brandon was today. If you’re needing excellent service Brandon is your guy at pep boys, we will definitely be back!
