We are extremely satisfied with our neighborhood's Monument Sign. Ken and his employees were very professional, patient, knowledgeable, and worked with us in making our decisions for the font, colors, materials, design and price. They made the process of designing our sign very easy and worked with us through every step of the way. As soon as the finished product was ready, delivery/installation was very fast. Our thanks go out to Ken, Ella and all the employees at Signs of Excellence for their professionalism and pride in producing a great finished product. Our neighborhood would DEFINITELY recommend Signs of Excellence because of the quality of the materials used, their professionalism and knowledge of making and designing an appropriate sign, the time frame from start to finish and the price.

We submitted an order for lettering for our primary office door for a new employee. The order was placed almost two months previously. The order was lost by the Signs of Excellence, Inc. and we were required to reorder the lettering which we did immediately.We then had to wait another 3 weeks before receiving the price quote. Finally, upon receiving a response I discovered the quote added additional costs for services that were not requested nor desired. When I followed up to find out the status on this matter the owner was insolent and cancelled my order.Thank you for wasting almost 3 months of my time due to your negligence and I really appreciated your insults as well.Steer clear of this company.

Highly recommend Signs of Excellence! This was the first sign project in which I have been involved. The team did a terrific job of helping guide me through the process, offer recommendations based on their experience, design review and installation. The project was completed ahead of schedule and I love our business signs. The sign on the road is perfect for our company branding as well as the perfect sign on our building. VERY friendly and knowledgeable staff!!!!
