I needed help getting my oil burner heating system working for this winter - Rhoads was very responsive in scheduling the service to fit my schedule. The technicians arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, performed the necessary work and stayed to test that the system was working properly…. I rate this service company and their people (Kevin and Christian were the guys that solved my problems) 10 out of 10! Absolutely fantastic company. I was told they couldn't come out until next week which was totally fine and completely understandable. They came out much earlier and delivered today. It was a really nice thing to wake up to especially with the freezing temps. Thank you all so much! Absolutely wonderful team of people here, I appreciate everything you do. ♥️

I have had Rhoads provide my propane service for about 3 and a half years now and I couldn't be happier with their service and helpfulness! Ernie is a great tech and Maryann is always kind and helpful on the phone. This is an amazing company to do business with and I highly recommend them to anyone!

We were without heat for over a week in November ( Thanksgiving week when we were hosting and made it known) due to their emergency response teams misdiagnosis of the malfunctioning part.

HiI would like to tell you how amazing your technicians Brian & Mike are. Our furnace is probably the oldest in Boyertown..not joking. They don’t even make parts for it any more. This past Saturday at 6:30am we had no heat. Brian came out and fixed some issues and then had to come back at 6pm because we still had some issues. Obviously he didn’t have the parts in his truck because are furnace is so old and given the weekend nothing could be done until Monday. At around 7:15pm Saturday night we had a knock on our door and it was Brian who asked if he could take a picture of our furnace to make sure the next technician on Monday got the right parts. Come Monday. Technician Mike arrives in the morning, who beforehand drove to Reading to just get the parts we needed and then he spent over three hours at our house fixing our furnace and getting us heat. Neither one of them gave up and said “we can’t do it” or “you’re out of luck” they just kept working and doing the absolute amazing work. Thank you to them and to Boyertown Oil for everything. I do have a consultation tomorrow for an estimate on an upgrade. The technicians will love it haha! Thank you again for everything, especially to Brian and Mike ❤️Service: Heating system maintenance

I was very pleased with my service. I recently moved into the area and Ernie was my technician for both service calls I requested. He did an excellent job. He not only performed his job well, he made sure I understood exactly what he did. I was completely satisfied.

I previously had them replace the draft fan. It went bad less than 5 years later. The repair tech suggested replacing a furnace only 10 years old. They quoted me $715 to fix it. I found the part on a heating and plumbing website for $115. It took me 15 minutes to get it out. I fixed it myself.Service: Heating equipment repair & installation

I just called for pricing to possibly do business with them and a women by the name of Michele answered the phone and was so rude, short and definitely wasn’t looking for any new customers. I was bothering her and she obviously needs training on how to talk to people on the phone. Very dissatisfied and would not do business with them.
