My girlfriend and I enjoy checking out eyeglass frames that today are so stylish. We’ve been to a number of eyeglass boutiques none of which compare to Kitto Optical in NewHope, PA. The selection of one of a kind glasses is literally limitless and the internal ambiance is both comfortable and inviting!
Above all, Joshua the proprietor who is both professional and friendly makes the whole experience very enjoyable.

What a great store and great service. My wife and I went in to browse and both ended up getting sunglasses. I got a pair of Akoni and my wife got a pair of Jacque Marie Mage. Very happy with our purchases and the whole experience was fantastic.

Felt very stereotyped and judged as soon as I walked in, I felt uncomfortable and unwanted. Passive aggressive when asked about budget and was followed around. Don’t recommend!

We love the store. Great selection, good prices and friendly service. A few days after, we called the store with a follow-up question. Josh, the owner, went above and beyond for us on that consultation. This has now turned us into even bigger fans!

Kitto is such a great store. Incredible selection of frames that go from traditional to sassy to straight up work-of-art. I was not intending to go glasses-shopping the day I walked in, but there were gorgeous frames everywhere, the service and attention was just right, and I got to try on many (many!) styles in a fun, unpressured atmosphere, with my wife keeping me company (and our dog in her tote bag...) It felt both personal and super professional. The glasses came in earlier than anticipated and my transitional, progressive trifocals are perfect. A splurge price-wise, but it feels worth the investment. Highly recommended!!

A selection of premier, world class eyewear. Quite remarkable that it is located in New Hope. If you're in the market, it's worth making a day trip just to visit Kitto. In fact, I have a friend from the mid-West who makes a point of visiting Kitto and purchasing new frames each time he's in the area. Josh is terrific; he knows his product but is low-key and not pushy. He went out of his way to personally deliver my glasses to me once the prescription was filled. Highly recommend!

Wow, you don’t have to go anywhere else in the world for fabulous and one-of-a-kind eyewear. Not only are they the most beautiful glasses I’ve ever owned, Josh, the owner, made it easy to find a pair that expresses my authentic self in all the best ways. The man knows his stuff! Amereurs step aside- this is for true eyewear enthusiastists. Browers welcome, but its really for the real deal!

During a trip to northeast PA to visit friends, Kitto Optical in New Hope caught our eye while walking down South Main. Josh displayed extensive knowledge about the product and 5 star customer service answering every question I threw at him. I told him I was just visiting from out of state and wouldn’t be making any purchases in store. He still took the time to walk me around and introduce me to some of the pieces and designer frames they had in stock that I liked. He gave me his card and told me to reach out if I had questions. After a few weeks, and finding a pair I was interested, Josh worked virtually to find the right pair for me. I am very happy to say Kitto Optical put me in my first pair of John Dalia’s! Would come back again and again!

Since the moment I walked into the store I noticed it was 100% quality. Not only the product is the best in the market but the customer service and customized experience that I had from Josh, Ryan and all was impeccable. Really a good place to visit and support, small business like this deserve great reviews and good revenue. I’ll continue shopping here for all my glasses needs, and I live in the West Coast. Amazing experience.
