I can not say enough good things about this business!! Scott and Danielle were great and the entire staff were friendly, Professional and I was super impressed with their automated updates. From the time our car arrived through the entire process to the end, we received text messages letting us know what the status was of our repair. If there was anything that came up they would call us immediately. They worked with the insurance company making the entire process seamless for us. I highly recommend this shop for any of your body shop needs. Their attention to detail and customer service is amazing.

I took my vehicle in for state inspection and an LoF. They did a great job and didn't try to up sell me on anything. I highly recommend Premier for your vehicle service.

I've been using Premier Auto since 2015. Solid work, competitive rates, good overall customer service and communication. Small shop, so they get to know the client and the vehicles. I've had work done on my cars and trucks and would recommend them. Very little turn over in staff, so you're dealing with the same people over and over. Laura is very helpful on the phone. They are liars. We were interested in a car. They said absolutely nothing was wrong with the car. We show up and there were interior issues they didn’t disclose. There were multiple issues we could hear test driving the car. The online ad definitely looked a lot better than it did in person. They also lied online about some of the things the car is suppose to have. If you’re driving from out of town, I do not recommend.

I've had to take my car there for repairs and a small dent on another vehicle. Great work and service, I'm a very picky person when it comes to vehicles, I've always kept my vehicle is top condition. I trust these guys if I ever need any paint or bodywork

I had dealt with Arlin for a few years while I was living in the area. Him and his staff have always been very kind and knowledgeable. The work they did for me was always good and they made me feel comfortable with bringing in vehicles for service to be done, never pressured to do anything that wasn't immediately necessary. Absolutely inept. I bought a diesel truck from this place. (when they sold vehicles) 80 miles later engine light came on. long story short, charge me a fortune to replace parts that didnt work. had to do my own research called the mechanic. (I use that term extremely loosely) with what I thought the problem could be. It should have been under a recall. they took it to the chevy dealership in york. low and behold,,,, it was fixed and under recall. They had the truck totaling over 1 month. unbelievable that I had to tell them what to do. Everything I am typing here has been meticulously documented. The owner took me for hundreds and hundreds of dollars. IF I COULD GIVE A LOWER SCORE FOR THESE CON ARTISTS I WOULD HAVE. The guy working on the truck was a parts changer only. DO NOT GO THERE......

Really enjoyed my experience with Bob, he was very easy to speak to and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Jerry the owner was a nice guy through the process but I think he needs to do a better job of customer service. Came off very rude and condescending a few times but overall I really enjoyed working with Bob. Addy was very patient and a huge help as well.
