Stay away and take your business elsewhere. I was told by one pharmacy staff member that they didn’t have my med but would order it and that it would be in the following day after 3pm. I didn’t receive notification the next day, so I called the pharmacy at 6pm only to be told by the pharmacist that the med is on back order and was never going to be coming.Frustrating, unorganized, painful.

The worse pharmacy of all cvs!THE DMV has better customer service. No one can ever get through to the pharmacy, if you finally do they hang up on you. They are slow under staffed, they do not update prescriptions to the app, they lie to you. Do not waste your time with this pharmacy

Very disappointed. Went to the NS pharmacy bc the Paoli one was out of a med. In Paoli, stood in line for 45 mins to learn that the drug was never delivered even thiugh I got a text that it was ready. So pharma (Thursday) in Paoli said he’d call NS and see if they have it. NS did. Paoli transferred the prescription over. I came on Saturday to NS. I get to the check out line and the women says they don’t have any of the prescription that Paoli called over, they’re out too. I’m frustrated and they send me to ANOTHER window. Magically they find three bottles. The women asked me what happened and I began to explain. She wasn’t listening instead she was flopping her head up and down and typing away. When I expressed my frustration of being sent to two pharmacies and being told NS was out, when they were not, she tuned me out. Instead she stated they’re were busy and don’t care. Their staff is rude, disorganized. Thanks for making the choice for me to got to another pharmacy chain.

This pharmacy has gone so far down hill! The wait times are obnoxious but that would be okay if every person working in the pharmacy wasn’t incredibly rude.It also is 100% a pharmacy issue, the rest of the employees are incredibly helpful.

In tremendous pain but they didn't have my pain medication ready even though the doctor had prescribed 2 days back. On top of everything, they have the worst attitude. They are so rude and do not give a damn to the patients.

Sonya the "pharmacist" has no concept of leadership at all. Takes zero responsibility, they won't answer the phone and the place is a mess. She sends her inexperienced people to the window to deliver bad news while she ignores calls and watches bags of people's serious medication pile up. People have to go there, otherwise the lights would be out and they'd be closed down. If CVS cared, they'd make changes. Go elsewhere, although I'm not sure they'd care if you did.

We recently had to switch from RiteAid to CVS because of a change in our pharmacy benefit provider. Since the change to CVS, we have only had issues. One prescription costs more at CVS than using GoodRx back at RiteAid - but things head down from there. Try calling CVS pharmacy - they more often than not do not answer. The phone prompts take multiple key presses and commands to get the ability to wait on hold for someone not to answer. They have called us to fill a prescription and we said it want needed - so the person from CVS asked us if we were taking a whole pill every day - felt like they were talking down to me. Worst part is they have tried to fill at least 6 prescriptions when we did not authorize or request the refill; so then we need to call them or stop by and tell them not to fill the prescription. And what happens when you call? Yup, you got it. Just terrible.

The pharmacist is abrupt and extremely rude. She gave me a very difficult time about getting my prescription transferred and kept arguing with everything I was saying. She also did not hang up the phone after our call and I was able to hear her complaining about me to the other people in the pharmacy. Very unprofessional and horrible experience overall. Based on the other reviews this place has gotten, I won't be coming back here either.

The Newtown Square store is always clean and organized and usually has everything that I need in stock. Chris, the store manager, and Tiffany, a cashier ate always friendly and helpful.

Absolutely horrible customer service at the pharmacy. Despite coming twice within the window that they say they take walk-ins for vaccines (3pm - 6pm), they simply say not taking walk-ins and give no reason. No one waiting so not because they are too busy. Go somewhere else where they care about their customers.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. Unprofessional, untrained and terrible service. I don't know how this location still exists.
