“i visited this facility a few weeks ago, and used a machine that ended up eating my money. I failed to call right away just due to the natural distractions in life, however, when I did get around to calling the owner he was extremely helpful, letting me know that the next time I was there that he would make sure that i Got what i had paid for! I am so happy to know that they definitely have excellent customer service. I will absolutely be a return customer here!”
“This place is great. Not crowded, however the washer did not work that I put my clothes in. It was washer #2 for $4.50. My clothes were sopping wet. I tried to contact someone to let them know it was broke and it keeps going straight to voice-mail”
“Pretty solid. Clean floors, clean machines, and a good variety of sizes (all the way up to huge bedding machines). Nice and accessible as well. Almost all the machines were working (except the vending machine ?). There's an ATM, a quarter machine, and a place to get supplies if you forget.Everything is coin operated, but there is also an option to use an app or pay with a credit card (washing machines only!!)”
