The store is cramped and has no identity. Want to look at furniture and grocery shop? You can do that I guess. Want overpriced trinkets while constantly dodging employees? This is your stop.

Purchased a Christmas tree at Homesense with my TJX rewards card only to find the same exact tree at Marshall’s online for 40.00 cheaper. Homesense customer service refused to price match even though TJX owns both stores. Not happy.

This location was wonderful- helpful employees and great stock. My complaint is with the shipping company they use AIT. They claim my table was delivered- it never was. Was home all day and cannot reach anyone to assist in finding my table that I purchased. Please do not use AIT for any Homesense delivery.

Love the store however they mark up the prices. Brought something from another home sense the same exact thing went there and seen it was $15 more. Started paying attention to north wales prices vs other stores and they really price the items higher than every other home sense. NOT COOL

I can say my experience at homesense has been wonderfully, for myself & my hubsand we have beening visiting this store like 4 times spending big cash on decor pieces for our home .but today a black Africa AMERICA female ,(the morning Manager) its Saturday so you know who you are was rude & sarcastic check yourself do you treat the white people like that only cause we ask about a 300 art piece which we knew we was buying even without the discount can you check caisher ask her demeanor was sour when she walk out to the floor did it get mark down we ask ? She was like no mark down with an attitude!! I said thank you that moment left a nasty shopping experience my hubsand pull his cash out she looking stupid asking the caisher you need help I assume she thought we wasn't going to get it and was wasting her time ..how about take your behind back in the back and get a new attitude ?..I be back cause the whites employees are so nice dont work hard for my cash sista ? fix yourself next time I'm reporting you

Definitely have interesting things here. Not quite a comprehensive selection of anything but lots of different things to choose from seemingly dependent on what's available at the time. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

I have gone here a few times and the first time I was not super impressed - it was extremely busy which just made it feel very cramped. This is definitely the spot if you're looking for larger items - lighting, furniture, rugs - these bigger items are more readily available in comparison to TjMaxx and Homegoods and Marshall's. This time I went and their holiday section was amazing, the artwork was very lacking but we did manage to pick up an ottoman which was really nice and a fair price! They had one employee at the door and she was a sweetheart but my cashier was a young girl who was very abrasive. She was not at all friendly and got very short with me because I could not hear her and was frustrated with me because of that and because I guess I was using an award that wasn't scanning which meant she had to do more work. She wasn't very nice. I'll still be back especially if I need furniture - I just hope the employees will all be more friendly.
